Was at Jawed Habib’s today for repairing my damaged hair. Lucky at Jawed’s suggested me to get a Botox hair treatment and that turned out to be amazing. He was very professional and cleared all my doubts about the process. Would defines recommended this place.

Very bad service. Not reached my expectations. No service of credit card payment. They need to inform before entering. Hair cut not done as per money they charged. Shaving also very bad. I need to do again. Waste of money.

I am a huge fan of Jawed habib for haircuts. The facial and pedicure at this branch are pathetic. We were assigned what seemed like trainees and the pedicure quality or facial quality was not at all worth the huge prices. No cards we’re accepted and on top of it a whopping gst was added for the worst service offered.

It's a well maintained saloon. Mr Tanveer is the best hair stylist. He gives his honest opinion and suggestion on the hair treatment. I had my first spa treatment noticed significant improvement.

Visited this place yesterday for Haircut.
Not experienced persons who has done haircut to me.
He was done road side haircut to me and now my hair style is worst and no proper shape for my hair

This is the first habib outlet where my experience was bad. Pls look out for some other habib outlet n avoid going here. Price is on higher side than other habibs and staff is inexperienced n very rude

It's gud. But they need to maintain different hair style templates instead of asking customers to surf.

Need to take more care with kids and need to clean their tools after every hair cut

Iam not satisfied, they are not explained properly about hair cut and price also. Fastly completed haircut and they are using high temperature for drying and iam getting headache. I think all are not experienced persons.

Had an amazing cut and dandruff treatment by Tanveer! Would definitely recommend him out! Loved it!

Me and my sister are regular at Habib’s since 7yrs and we always have a blind faith in their skills which we lost recently when went for a haircut at this franchise on 31/01/2020. I asked for a layer cut and ended up getting layer with feather which I didn’t ask for. And to my disappointment there is no change in the appearance of my hair before and after the cut, except for the length.
My sister on the other hand asked for a feather cut and got a very bad cut. Strangely, this person is not even skilled in regular hair setting. She suffered with headache for the next 2days because of the way how he handled her hair.

We paid 1600/- in total (800/- per person), left with lot of regrets. Hope Habib’s doesn’t entertain such unprofessional franchises which ruins their brand image.

I went for a simple trimming.
Staff behaviour- Staff was very condescending and mocking. Very smug in their behaviour. You should remove LGBTQ friendly tag since I was being indirectly mocked for my non-feminine appearance. I did not feel as if I were the customer, it looked as if they were providing that service as a charity. Very unprofessional.
Haircut- Not at all satisfied. Didn't realise how horrible it was until unless I got home and looked at it. Looks like the stylist didn't even make an effort.
End note- I feel scammed. Never visiting this place again.

I have got with a splendid experience today with my hair smoothening by lucky. He is an expert and professional, and this is my first time of hair smoothening where he explained me about the process and cleared all my doubts and I'm very very happy with the result now thanks lucky. Lucky is the stylist that I’ve chosen and he is being doing extremely good. I would say this guy has got excellent skills.

So posting late.busy scheduled. Went for color change to get a new look for my birthday. Lucky ofcourse my favorite helped me with a gorgeous copper red color and I m very satisfied with that.

Initially it was bright however the colour changes to an awesome reddish brown after a wash. Loved it

Im sorry to say that I really hate the the way hair stylist spoke to me today. I went for my kid haircut. I am totally disappointed. I will never ever visit Jawed in future. Im telling something and he is doing something. He was trying to convince me whatever he did is good. It was my bad that I went to vivekananda nagar branch. Usually I go to KPHB phase 9 branch. He is not at all customer friendly. Nobody will feel like talking to him with the way he speaks. Overall bad experience and im not happy infact very unhappy with my son haircut. Just he did with trimming machine and he used a bit scissors. What i think is 200 rupees is waste for that haircut. Im sorry for being honest by giving this feedback. I would request that guy to work on this feedback otherwise you might end up closing vivekanandanagar branch. I would have rated a big zero 00000000. But no option thats why i gave 1.

A very good unisex salon providing excellent services, good ambience & maintaining good hygiene. They provide great hair spas in a very relaxing environment, Have been coming here for the past couple of years and have always received very good service. Staff are well mannered and respect their customers. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Staff is not up to the mark, they are not professionally behaves, unnecessarily talking political stuff with customers, hair styling also not good. I am really disappointed with the hair cut. Sorry to say this, please keep quite while doing your job, dont discuss any unnecessary topics with the customers.
