Jewel of Nizam

Truly a 5 star ambience and service. The biryani was authentic as well as other hyderabadi dishes. There was ample parking space too. A perfect place for family get togethers.

This restaurant has exceptional food with a blend of Hyderabadi Nizam/Persian and Indian influences. We made a reservation ahead of time. When we entered the restaurant, the guy who we thought was the manager/head of service was rude and had an air of arrogance. The guy who served us (Chandan) was good, though.

The food deserves 100 stars as it's quite unique and delicious. The presentation was also very unique. I have never had any food that had similar taste profiles anywhere else in india before. We ordered a non-vegetarian thali, a vegetarian thali, and a mutton biryani. The meat was sumptuous - it was so tender and delicately spiced. The thali is very huge with lots of food, including a couple of starters. So, one needs to go very hungry to be able to finish the dishes. Some of the dishes had saffron, and they were so good. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to try Nizam food. We paid Rs. 7500 for three people and think it's quote reasonable for the quality and quantity of food.

Worth the hype of fine dining experience but the service can be a bit better as we have waited for 40min for the starters to arrive. Ambience is great and the staff were friendly too.

I went for lunch with clients who had traveled from the North and were eager to taste authentic Hyderabadi Biryani. Unfortunately, they were highly disappointed with both the food and service. The food quality and quantity are at their worst, and the service is far below that of a normal restaurant. There is no comparison between the food price and its quality. We specifically came here for mutton biryani, but we could find the same quality at any other regular restaurant in Hyderabad.

Upscale fine dining restaurant with very good ambiance. Cutlery used and interiors of the restaurent are eye soothing. Live music is played I the restaurent. Had chicken biryani. Chicken pieces in biryani were melting in the mouth and very tasty. Had patter ka ghosh. The dish seems to be too spicy with lots of masala attached to the pieces. I have not enjoyed the dish.

Don't waste your time. Hopelessly bad service, takes half an hour to take an order that too after several requests. This isn't the first time that they are so hopelessly managed and cannot cater to a 11 table restaurant. Inspite of the good food, the poorest experience is sure to keep you miles away from this restaurant

Best Mutton Biryani that you can get in the whole world! Highly recommended! And the ambience is unparalleled with live hindustani music!

As a vegetarian I was very pleasantly surprised at their veg kabab menu. I was again surprised at the quality of their veg lukhmis and veg Gilafi kabab. This is now my very favourite Restuarant in Hyderabad!
The food is so much better that the Taj Falaknuma!

A place for celebration and recommended by us to many for it's haleem and double ka meetha disappointed us this time. Taste has taken a dip. The only saving Grace was chicken Tikka. Veg biryani lacked veggies. Marag tasted more like korma and tomato shorba lacked flavor. Not VFM. Washrooms are old and not well kept which you never expect from a star hotel. Over all it is disappointing ️️️️

The jewel of nizam ambience is very nice with royal atmosphere, try their kebabs with naan and there is live ghazal music, The service is also very good.

Ambience was nice, food was blunt. Actually cant be classified as indian restaurant, felt like havinv indian food in some distant country. They have to improve a lot on taste rather just presentation.

Ambience is very beautiful, staff is very nice and courteous, we had their thali, but we didn't like the taste much and for the kind of food it was, i find it to be very highly priced.exorbitant.

The food was just too good to talk about and the service was top notch. The ambience does justice to the name of the hotel. Would love to go again. Truly a royal experience!

Upon arrival we were told the restaurant was sold out. I had asked 3 hours prior if I needed a reservation and was told no. Then another couple walked in and was seated immediately. Then we were seated. We waited much longer than others for food and it was not good. Then we were given one finger bowl for three people. I had to ask for two more after waiting. They brought the other couple two bowls. Awful service.

Gorgeous Restaurant in a great hotel. We reached there at 2pm for Lunch. There was no one to show us where to sit. We had to go out of restaurant to the hotel concierge to ask if anyone would help us. No one was available to even provide menu cards. Menu cards are all torn up and very old (Not expected from such high end place). All cutleries were old and out of shape (Old is acceptable but not acceptable chewed off ones). Food was good. Bill in the picture. You can decide if it's ok or expensive. Overall 2 ratings for the whole experience

Vegetarian food was lot better on the day I went with my family. This was 4th time I went there for eating non veg food but this was the 2nd time the food was not worth the value as per the name.
