Priyanka service was good. Making charges are slightly high comparing to other jewellery shops.

One of the best places to get Jewellery, especially gold in Secunderabad and Hyderabad. They also have a good collection of silver, titanium and diamonds.

Joyalukkas is an excellent destination for Gold, Silver, Pearl, Diamond & Platinum.
Sales person are good and have lot of patience, they will not hesitate to show all the items we ask for. If you tell them the requirements they will recommend (Gold/Silver) accordingly in our budget.

I would recommend everyone Joyalukkas for jewelry purchase.

Salesmen does have any clarity over pricing and too much rude behaviour. Definitely not a good place for purchase of gold or sliver.

This showroom was recommended by my cousin in 2017. From then on I am regular customer. I visited similar other reputed stores but had very bad experience. At joyalukkas punjagutta showroom the staff is very helpful and very patience. Recently I visited the showroom for my mother bangles the sales person "Reddy" patiently shown all the designs and took order for the design selected as the size was not available and ensured the order was ready before the committed time. Really appreciate how patiently he took care of us.

Their collections are very beautiful. Service was good. Schemes are also good. Can go for purchase here.

The collection was good and a sale is gng on for which making charges is almost half the actual percentage, but a lot of crowd due to sale so better be prepared for the long waitings. Though the staff was kind and sweet enough.

All gold merchants loot money by adding wastage charges and calculate stone weight separately and again add the total ornament weight according to gold rate. Looting public money.

Gold Collection is not great and as offers are going on now on making charges, showroom is very crowded and not even a single sales person available to check on customers.

Manager is even worse he feels its very common with their staff being rude with customers. Valet parking theives who steal your car stuff. Beware. Don't carry your valuables when u go to Choralukkas.

Pathetic customers service. Employees doesn't not bother about customer time. They make you sit for several hours and no one will show up to show jewelry. When you ask they will say some one will attend you soon. Wait for some more time

Lot of design's, variety of models are available here, we should bargain making charges, I was surprised after purchasing my items they told us 22% wastage finally they have given 10%, if people doesn't know about this means they charge full amount, I felt this is unfair.

I dont know who designed there processes, they take forever to show u items, after spending more than an hour on 1 item wen we finally decided n closed the negotiation, to my surprise, they asked to swipe the money without a bill.
Wen asked for a bill.they say it ll be generated after we pay and manual parchi with no name or bar code of the item is given to customers as the basis for making payment.

Who pays or asks to pay without a bill? That too lakhs worth?

Whoever has trained the staff has done a really good job. The sales people are professional, friendly and helpful.
The prices seem reasonable too. A pleasant experience overall.

I have visited the joyalukkas store in panjagutta recently. I felt really very bad by the way they treated us. My mother and I went to purchase silver bracelet. The employee's behaviour made us feel uncomfortable. We felt like they didn't want us to purchase in the store. Please make sure your employees learn some ethics.

Very bad recently my friend was purchased bracelet in 2days it was broken when went to the store changed it didn't give any guarantee to changed they said we can't change again if it was broken again, how bad it is product was sold from them they should take minimum responsibility for production

I have seen only this shop maintening transparency in gold rate calculation for 22 carat and 18 carat. If 24 carat gold carat rate per gram is 3000/- the rate for 22 carat should be 3000 X 22 / 24 = 2750/-. But others will charge more. One can check out. Billing process needs improvement. It is not quick.
