JRC Conventions & Trade Fairs

EDIT: I had my IELTS exam via British Council here on March and I will share my experience with the future test takers regarding the centre and also, how they conduct an exam here. There's not really a good review about other's experience, so I hope this will be useful to future test takers.

JRC Exam Centre
It's a very big place and easy to find on the maps. Do not worry about parking, there's a ton of places to park. Your exam takes place in a big hall (auditorium) with all the test takers and it is equipped with full air conditioners, so don't worry about being hot. The staff is polite and help you with everything. As shown in the photos, that's where your test takes place. It's right at the venue entry, so it's not hard to find.

There are three processes for your exam registration once you get inside
1) You will be checked for safety, then you give your luggage (including vehicle keys, mobiles, stationary covers like your eraser, sharpener, and everything that has a cover) and receive a token attached to your passport to get your luggage again. Then you have to fill the undertaking form regarding COVID safety.
2) You take the undertaking forms with you to the invigilators (greet them with respect. They call you sir and madam even though they are older than you) and they scan your passports to let you know about your candidate numbers. They will also take a photo of you, which is used on your test report form.
3) Once all this is done, you will go inside a large test room with air conditioners. That's where your test takes place.

Exam
Your exam starts in this order, such as Listening>Reading>Writing. Your identity will be checked on every module, after listening, reading, and writing. The total duration is 2 hrs and 40 min from the start time.

Before listening, exam invigilator will play about two audios to check if your headphone is working for the test. Yes, you will have your own study table to write on and also headphones for listening at this exam centre. Raise your hand if your having trouble with your headphones, so you can replace them. Staff and invigilators are very friendly.

Overall, this is a very good place to have your IELTS exam with many features. I definitely recommend this place for any events and I hope IELTS test providers use this venue to conduct tests in the future as well. Good luck!

Yesterday I appeared for my IELTS exam here. It was a great experience. And Hopefully this Review will help the upcoming test takers.
Points to note:
- Reach as early as possible.
Benefit: you'll be familiarized with the place
- The exam hall is fully air conditionined. It's better to wear a light jacket because you'll be sitting for the next 4 hours.
- When you are going to enter the hall there will be a small procedure by the staff who will scan you all over. And will click picture to match your photos with your passport.
- lastly, inviligators are easy going people. Don't stress out on the day of exam.
Stay Relaxed, calm. Wear a mask or else you'll be kicked out badly.

The air conditioning is too soothing. Although it's a bit far from the city, also adds an advantage of less traffic. The halls are good and spacious.

This place is beautiful, and in this place there are lot off space to park our vehicles, in this place we can take any exams or interviews, but there are going the IELTS exams, and this place entrance is best.

Can accommodate large number of people.

A big space for marriage functions other MNC events. Happen to be there multiple time Amzn Peak Festival. Nice place big parking space and gardens.

JRC convention is a place for lurury functions, trade fairs, and events and expos, a very rich place with amazing ambience

Excellent maintenance of hall and food was awesome when i recently attended a function. All items served were good with taste and everything was clean and neatly maintained.

This place is very good for employment day (Annual day). Have more than thousand people arrangements, good parking space and many more.

Most of the top functions and events of the town happen here. The organizers can create a venue for various sizes. Adequate parking options. Traffic in the are comes to standstill wherever there is a function here and they should take equal responsibility with govt officials to find a solution.

Good place. I had attended dorasani pre release function in jrc. Place is good and parking area is also big.

Amazing place and we had our office annual event which was very well coordinated by the organizers. Friendly staff and great food.

An upscale, quite big convention centre and function halls. Located on main road. Good maintainance. Costly, but food etc good.

These guys only have a big hall and a stage inside that's it.

They've upgraded the sound and display system from last year.
It was loud enough with clear sound.
Cameras recording the live event did not have great pixel density on the side screens.
Food was good.

Its a big hall. Just a box with full of curtains, lighting and A/C. Even good security and neat enough.

Nuce place for large events and weddings. Top notch in terms of space, food, parking area, sound quality and Interiors. Quality of Air conditioning can be improved.

It has a good open place and the indoor place is also good. It can easily accommodate large gatherings.

Good spacious one.however it could have been great if organizers could give parking shed so cars does not have to be parked under 42 degrees Celsius sun heat

A nice place to have your events very big ample parking and very well done.air conditioning and maintenance is notable. Highly recommend for all kinds of family and commercial events and functions

It's situated on the lleft side of the road, beside whisper valley at the end of jubilee hills just before mehdipatnam to gachibowli main road. Our relatives marriage held here. Big and beautiful hall suitable for marriages upto 1500 to 2000 people very easily. Vast parking ares to park cars. Rooms provided for bride and bridegroom are good. Beautiful and well maintained surroundings, even cinema functions held here.

Best convention center from medium to large events in the heart of the city.

Well maintained and friendly staff.

Superior quality convention hall. Awesome food. Great ambience. Highly recommended for parties of any size
