I had ash blond balayage done here. Imran was super helpful and gave me good suggestions. The work was done meticulously and the end result is gorgeous.

I am a regular customer at Juice, film nagar. I like the services provided.
I would have given a 5 star review. But for today’s experience at the salon.

Today when I visited I was not comfortable. As I was going through my services, hair color and pedicure, I saw this elderly gentleman staring at me continuously. He looked like he is the owner or relative of the owners.
I had requested him not to stare at me. Then he looked away.

It would be nice if this issue can be taken care of by the owners.

Very poor service. They keep changing their staff for manicure and they’re not trained to do you nails. They don’t understand what you want, you have to repeat your self a million times. I got up half way through because she took one hour to just file my nails. She couldn’t even file my nails properl y and the management is least interested to solve the issue

Very dissapointed by my hair cut. They cut my hair so short, and when I complained to the management they were least intrested to even bother. I was very dissapointed with their service this time, I lost all my hair volume. Hated it this time!

My 4 year old and I had gone for a haircut. My haircut was done well but my daughter’s haircut was bad and all they had to do was just trim the bangs which was so poorly done. Worst of all no air conditioning and my 4 year old sweat out so much. I was upset since they didn’t even mention that their AC system is under repair for few days. Imagine spending over an hour without AC in Hyderabad’s summer condition. My child had turned red and sweat so much. By the time I realised the AC was not working we were half way through so couldn’t even leave immediately

The staff is humble and polite. I walked in for a hair colour service and initially I wasn’t satisfied with the resultant shade. But the manager was considerate and re coloured my hair with minimal charges for pre lightening. The hairdresser, Jay is skillful and did an amazing job. Would definitely recommend it to friends and fam.

It is most unprofessional place I have been to in Hyderabad till date. The don’t know how to manage their customers and appointments and the service is also worst. My mother got a pedicure done and the girl who did the pedicure cut her leg while doing the pedicure. They don’t even know how to do a pedicure properly. The lady who did the hair kept pulling the hair while wash and hair colour application. Such worst service. The man who is the manager or owner (no idea) doesn't know 1% how to manage the place he is so dumb and clueless, I felt like I went for some down market salon where mannerless, clueless and unprofessional people worked.

I went for pedicure taking an appointment, still they made wait for a long and service given after a long waiting was also not satisfying

Went for hair colour, results weren’t what i was exactly looking for or what reference’s I showed.

My brother did a facial of 5000.one Telugu girl did a facial n she made him more worst.she just completed it in 30 mins usually.more i know facials atleast take 1 hour.i also did a hair spa n nothing was done just like a hair wash.worst service ever.never ever visit this salon.if u want i have the bill for verification.

They’ve got the worst hair stylist ever.i asked for something else, she gave me something else.now my hair is way too short and completely ruined.she even body shamed me saying that some hairstyles won’t suit me cause of my “big personality”. Would not recommend.

When I visited the salon Praveen recieved me with warm and welcoming manner. From this i understood that he is professional hair stylist and and have knowledgeble skills. I usually visited this place once in 20-25 days for hair spa, haircut and once in 3-4 months for cysteine treatments. I got my haircut and beard styling done by Mr. Dinesh. He is very nice and welcoming. Right away I could sense that he is very confident of his skills and knowledgeable when it comes to hair. It was nice seeing someone who enjoys his job and wants to make sure that everything that is done is to expectations of the client. In the couple hours of me being at the salon I learned a lot about my hair and how to take care of it.
You’re supremely talented not only technically, but I trust your aesthetic vision in finding the right cut and beard styling, which helps in creating a cut that will compliment my face shape. And I’m frequently asked who I use as a hairstylist which I think is a great compliment in itself.
I will definitely continue to see Mr. Dinesh and I will recommend him to everyone who want to have perfect hairstyle.

Visited Juice for waxing, and a haircut. Had a great experience. The staff is warm and efficient, and special mention to Ajay for listening to what I wanted and giving me exactly the haircut I asked for.

Visited the salon with an appointment. When I reached the one at the reception said there is no appointment booked. They had very less staff. The one who cut my hair has made my hair shapeless. He finished my haircut in just 10 minutes. Would not recommend this salon to anyone.

Worst haircut and experience ever, never take haircut from chetan. He doesn't know anything about haircuts. He said to me all haircuts are same only styling is different.

When I told the staff that the haircut is not the one I explained, they did not respond to it. They all were confused, nobody cared to apologize. Not at all recommended. They kept my hair pins and didn't give them back, Worst service ever seen. Ruined my long hair, cut them as he wanted. After trimming my hair for 2 hours he said it's done.

I looked horrible, no changes in the face framing, it looked extremely dull and sad. Please do not visit this salon, they are frauds. I took hair cut by art director, do not fall for the trap, art directors don't know how to cut simple straight hair. Hate it.

Absolutely one of the worst.
The most inexperienced and impatient hairstylist I have met, resulting in the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. Try any other place but do NOT risk it here. I had faith in them and have been completely let down, you are much better off cutting your own hair than letting them touch it with a barge pole.

Terrible place. Don't know how it's so highly rated. The "art director" who is the most senior stylist there did not listen to my instructions and did whatever he wanted and not even well. He messed my undercut up so badly. Nobody apologised. Nobody called the manager. When I told the person "in charge" he couldn't even bother to look at me while I was speaking to him. They did not offer to do anything. They charged me for the bad haircut m and their stylists don't even know English. But they don't tell you that. They pretend like they understand you but actually don't. He has also cut my scalp with the razor so badly that even hours later it's burning so much!

Pathetic experience. So bad I had to leave it halfway. I have been a regular to Juice Salons specially for their pedicures! However this particular branch (Road no. 92) is horrible. I will never ever visit again.

The ambience was great. I came in, got my eyebrows done and immediately after, the hairdresser took charge. A seamless process and I love how my eyebrows and hair turned out. Definitely would recommend.
