Kakatiya Superspeciality Dental Hospital

I visited this hospital on 28 Jan 2024 for consultation. Am satisfied with doctor consultation and with the advanced facilities they have for treatment.
But i had a very bad experience with the receptionist, while making fee payment of ₹300/-, as I didn't have enough cash in hand, I did it through gpay, but the payment didn't got confirmation showed under "processing", but the amount got debited from my account, I asked receptionist to check if they received my payment, but she said, she doesn't have access to check payments, only if the confirmation comes from my phone - she will note down and allow for consultation. I waited for sometime, but payment on gpay still showing under process.
As I want to get the consultation, I thought it's fine even if i loose this 300/-, gave it a try with payment again.
So I sent ₹1/- again to check if the payment is going through, luckily now payment is done successfully and got confirmation too, so I sent ₹299/- further on gpay got the confirmation message and approached receptionist with ₹ 1/- and ₹299/- confirmation messages on gpay, asked her to allow me for consultation.
Now she started shouting at me, saying that "how can I make 299/- and 1/- payment separately without asking her, how can i follow my own rules" Also said their doctor is busy and how can he spend time checking on my payments"
I politely tried to make her understand, I don't want any refund from you for my 1st payment as it is not showing confirmation I did payment second time with ₹1 and ₹299 separately, now confirmation is here, send me for consultation.
But still she refused me rudely for making separate payments, I had to shout at her to bring some one from management I will talk to them,

Then she went up came down silently and sent me for consultation

I regret alot for not carrying cash and had to spent 600/- in place of 300/-, along with all the hearing and refusal from receptionist

So if anyone is visiting this hospital carry enough cash to avoid situations like mine. In case if anything goes wrong with digital payments, they are not ready to resolve it from their end, so better carry cash.

I’ve been coming here multiple times over the past decades for my dental needs. Dr. Tulasi & Dr. Sudhakar are extremely accommodating and always prioritize patient’s needs. They take time to explain the procedure and address any questions.

I would highly recommend this dental hospital. Excellent staff, service and ease of scheduling … highly recommended.

The only best place for dental treatments. Dr sudhakar garu kakatiya dental is so experienced he makes us feel as one of his family member. We approached him for my daughter uneven teeth braces treatment. We are 100% satisfied now my daughter has perfect U shape teeth with no gaps. Now my daughter smile is so perfect.
Hospital staff and assistant doctors are so supportive. Hospital follows perfect appointment timings. Hospital is maintained so higene.

I told my problem with doctor he started the treatment immediately. Treatment is painless and I got pain relief immediately. I am really happy with his treatment. This is one of the best dental hospitals in warangal. My elder sister got braces done in 2008 (Dr. Tulasi/Dr. Sudhakar), she got a beautiful smile. Later I had done my braces in 2016, followed by dental crown, fillings for my bad cavities. I regularly visit this hospital for any dental issues, though I live and work in Hyderabad. I am very much comfortable to get my dental issues resolved here in this hospital whenever I visit warangal. Thank you Dr. Sudhakar sir!

Rule out all the negative reviews about this place. It is the best in the city. Both the doctors Dr. K. Sudhakar and Dr. K. Tulasi have graduated from top colleges and give the best treatment possible. They are thoughtful and address every little question or doubt. Sometimes waiting time could be longer because of the huge patient inflow. Dental treatments are expensive but this is the most reasonable clinic for the treatment and necessities they provide.

I have a very good experience with Dr. Sudhakar and Dr. Tulasi from my childhood.they have been treating my family for 3 generations. I would strongly recommend any one to this hospital from my personal experience.they treat patients well and have lots of patience while treating.it's very sad that I saw few negative reviews please do completely ignore that because I experienced their treatment from ages for my entire family.

Honest post, please read this without missing it, I live in Paris, and my experience with this facility was initially good. Still, later the treatment they performed led to many issues, causing the loss of two teeth. And the doctors where I am living told me that the process they have done is utterly flawed. It is the feedback from the Dental surgeon in Paris. Later I realized that the one who operated on my teeth was just a fresher from the dental college (maybe 1-2 years experience), and it was not their mistake. The main problem lies with the owner (Chief Doctor), who never does hands-on but smiles at you. Also, to talk to him, we need to wait for ages, and he feels as if doing the free job to you, that the freshers did the actual treatment. And I also observed the empathy shown to the poor nurse are very bad by the Owners (lady owner) of this facility. And the Top thing is the receptionist's attitude is as if she (the then time) was the boss of the whole Warangal. So I suggest, if you're reading my message, please do not visit this facility; instead, get the treatment in Hyderabad. One star is also less to this facility. But I had to give some ratings.

Associate doctors are not good they are charging extra fees n taking PERSONAL charges frm patient. Not co operated staff worst staff.tulsi mam sudhakar sir is good.but expensive.

They have become very commercial now a days. The doctor does not even listen to your queries properly. This used to be my first choice for dental related issues but not anymore.

Had my teeth corrected here. Don't need to wait for some specialist who will be coming from hyderabad once in a month like in some hospitals. Flexible appointment timing's and highly skilled doctors and staff.
