This Hospital is worst in hyderabad for who requires any treatments. Especially oncology and ENT department worst treatment here, WORST staff, doctors are always on the leave, money seeking hospital. Government hospital is better than kamineni. Always says come tomorrow, doctor not available today. Plsss don't go to the hospital for any treatments. I was faced worst experience in this hospital. Giving treatment through medical students. These people doing tests again nd again. Worst experience from the ER Team, can't manage a case takes hours of time to diagnose a patient provisonally, inexperienced staff, only security are concerned about attendants, the doctors and other whatever the management is unfit, now I am able to understand why this hospital has bad reviews, having this much of infrastructure and facilities they lack time management, can't even understand how the patient and the attendants feel about wasting of their time.for us It took nearly 6 hour to admit a patient in ICU. Thanks to Kamineni hospital for showing us how much patient we are.

Could not even get basic Information if I can get NCS/ NCV test done at lbnagar branch. Had to call them more than 10 times, all I get is getting my call transfered and they don't even let me finish my question.

This is one of the worst hospitals in Hyderabad. For name sake it is corporate, but you will not find any qualities of such. From top to bottom no one concern of patient care. Poor administration. Even if you want to complaint on services, the staff fear to guide you to meet the higher ups. Not at all deserved to be in corporate hospitals list. Pathetic Health checkup systems. They take money with different packages, but doctors will not go through the reports. They will turn your reports and say "all is well". My sister had detected problem in heart, which is clearly mentioned in echo report, but cardiologist did not speak of that problem. Seems they appoint consultant doctors of poor knowledge. It appears they are trained to speak only few words.reduce weight.low salt N sugar.no oil.etc. They did not even suggest further investigation/tests. Totally a hopeless hospital.

This is the worst hospital we have seen till date. No covid safety protocols and safety exits closed. Influence and reference matters for treatment and room allotment. No hygiene in rooms. Least bothered about the patient health.within two days we have changed the hospital.

2nd preference insurance payment patient

Admitted my father in hospital.the staff has no knowledge about what they are treating.by god's grace he is fine now.

A one stop shop for all medical needs. Friendly staff and very economical for outpatient treatments. RT-PCR test for Covid is fairly priced and results are usually received within 24 hours. Mr. Vedant Kulkarni Ganesh in the Covid testing department is a fantastic Blake and very helpful. Keep it up Vedant.

I had admitted grandmotherfor 10 days here. Diagnosis is good. But, none of the hospital staff are patient enough to give you clear information Ii.e. Doctors, nurses, billing staff, etc.

Doctors are good, No system, No rules it will take lots of time to meet doctor, meet more than one doctor it will be horrible please run a systematically. I suggest to doctors don't see the in patients at time of out patients timings lots of people coming from various places.

Though the staff are soft spoken, there is too much delay in getting reports. Waiting is too much. Even for an Ultrasound test with consultation one has to spend 4 to 5 hours. That mean your full day is wasted.

Dr. Archana gynaecology, I visited today along with my friend and she has the worst experience of lifetime. Illmannered foul mouthed receptionist. Rude and very abusive.you have made my friend cry. Who is already sick. Have patience in treating the patients and it is ur duty to educate ur most illiterate staff. Hospital and its staff have no right to yell at patients. You are not doing charity. We pay for the services and we expect minimum respect and courtesy towards patient. Have ur staffs psyche checked periodically. Make sure u put some sense and manners Into them. Yatha Raaja thathaa praja. Because u PPL r women u got away, otherwise things would have been different. Make dictorr I unte pakka kodtunde. Out of respect towards women we have kept quiet. Thuu

There is no coordination and support from lower level staff.managemnt can improve a lot by adding few instruction to supervisors.

Unprofessional, by the time I entered the room they have already taken the vaccine in syringe and gave it to me and sent me in a span of 30 sec. If they are taking 1410 for one dose atleast they should show the syringe and take the vaccine infront of us, and it's been 2days and I didn't got the invoice from hospital. I called to enquire about the invoice, the respective department staff said that "this is happening in most of the hospitals not only us, we can't do anything" and he cut the call while i was speaking.

Apart from Dr Apoorva Reddy and her team. (they treated my brother well) hatsoof to her talent, patience and her humbleness). There is nothing good to say about this hospital (my expericence).
What I didnt like about this hospital.
1) So called sister/Nurse.
They dont care about patients.
Even if u ring bell or yell on them it's a waste. They just assemble and speak about curries or movies. Most disgusting experience ever.
I have seen a patient coming out of her room with a saline bottle where the blood was flowing.
I never slept in this hospital coz I have to check about salines and have to inform respected sisters (they reach us after 10 mins).
We felt like better to stay at home rather than risking our lives.
Animals are better than these sisters.
Shame on you. You guys are unfit for your profession.
Ward boys are better and emphatic than these sisters.
They just want to logout without stressing.
2) Hospital looks like a palace from outside.
But inside it's a waste which looks like abandoned house.
Though they charge surplus amount for rooms its worthless.

Inpatient care takers have to hustle alot they have to step in and step down so called lifts and have to crawl on stairs to reach their destination.
3) Lol so called food. They serve as if in a 5 star hotel.next to your hospital Bhavani hotel is far better than your tasteless food.

Just decent uniform and packing doesnt make food tastier buddies.

4) Never ever visit this hospital stay safe at home or go to any govt hospitals near you.
Billing guy who looks like vennela Kishore doesnt even know how to take a printout.

Me and my friend went for a surgery suggestion and there was a doctor (don't want to tell the name) who spoke in very harsh manner and didn't give good response. Didn't know some of doctors can speak in these way too.

I booked appointment for covid vaccination in Cowin for a slot and in in cowin it showed 1000 slots available and when I called up the hospital to confirm my appointment to my horror the staff who answered my call stated that they dont have vaccines and they are not giving vaccination. When i asked why there are 1000 slots available in cowin they replied that they dont know it happenned by mistake. Absolutely unprofessional behaviour of the staff who picked my call and also its very wrong on part of hospital to show slots on cowin when they dont have vaccines. I want govt to take action against this hospital for displaying false information on Cowin portal.

Before couple of days they were providing service. But now it is just business. For just normal stitches they have charged 5000 initially+outpatient card 850+1000 rupees for x rays. This was just for small cut.

No social distancing for vacaination drive and people are full crowded in hospital no social distancing. Hospital Has to maintain all the norms of social distancing and follow it effectively and also should be strict in maintaining

This is the worst hospital. They have no ethics. They prioritise patients who are stable and cash party and then admit them over someone who need critical care. Once admitted patients condition is also not disclosed to attendees. Duty doctors say meet consultant doctor. Consultant doctor is always busy and doesn't give time. Insurance team is lousy and doesn't even reply to queries from insurance companies. This is worse than Government hospital. It's better to die at home than to die at this hospital. Please take your loved ones to small hospital that takes good care and do not encourage these corporate frauds.

Commercial hospital, there is no proper treatment, treatment is like trail and error method. If it works ok if not they wont care, if you don't pay bill on time they will stop giving test reports. Money is more priority for them instead of patients life.

No response from doctors to the patient attendant, regarding the update of health, they come and check the patient condition and make a note in the file, but they will not inform to the patient attendant how can we know the condition, and the security staff are rudely behaving with patient attendants even if the doctor's permit to see the patient security people are acting smart.

Booked appointment at 11: 30 dr arrived at 2: 00 and not able to talk or discuss problem with him directly case goes to residents or PG. Once admitted patients condition is also not disclosed to attendees. Duty doctors say meet consultant doctor. Consultant doctor is always busy and doesn't give time. No proper Diagnosis for 4 days but tests are done every day and was advices to admit in ICU. In icu staff doesn’t even bother to give water to patient and the food not even animals touch it. There are No responsible staff and doctor’s. Pathetic service particularly when it comes to discharge. Among all there is at least some staff to care about us, one good thing. All aside they have excellent talent of collecting money.

Visited for my father's Cardiac check up. OP money is 800 rupees. Wait for 1 hr to see doctor. Main doctor Sagar B is on leave. Dr. Suresh is on rounds. Waiting hall is vast and can spend leisure time. After 1 hr, Dr. Abida S checked the patient. Doctor listened patiently, suggested ECG and 2d echo. Staff management guided nicely. Tests results are given then and there itself. Looking at the reports, Doctor changed medications. Over all a happy day. Remember it will take you're half day/full day sometimes.
INVESTIGATIONS / LAB TESTS ARE HIGHLY PRICED i.e, 3-4 TIMES THE PRICES AS COMPARED TO HOME VISIT SUCH AS THYROCARE / 1 MG / CALL HEALTH. So don't waste money unless it is an emergency.

DR. P. Swetha-66858 (ENT) has not given proper solution for Sinus problem, Inspite of her exprience she treated as a medical student. Though Kamineni Hospitals is good I don't prefer this doctor. Have a nice day:)
