I don't recommend this store pls don't buy anything from here the Manager is too rude an they double up the price an they prices are dam high worth of 5k dress they sell for 15k I don't recommend this store guys pls don't visit instead of this u can go kusum or any other but this shop I had a bad experience thy don't even have courtesy for customer they dint even offer 1 glass of water it's like wrost experience mine

Mr. Mohammed Mazher has been a great help to our family in wedding shopping that had to be sent abroad. The team was extremely patient while we made video calls to show the products and did not refrain from numerous requests to dress the mannequins again and again. The tailoring department is extremely good in their work and overall a great shopping experience at Karishma, Abids.

I had customized both my wedding and reception outfits at Karishma. Mazhar bhai and the bridal section team have perfectly catered to my demands in customizing them. Thank you to the owners too for being cooperative over the price of the outfits. Alhamdulillah, not only me but everyone at my functions were flabbergasted over my dreamy designer dresses. Its always a great experience shopping at Karishma, be it the material or the designs they are always up to date with their collection.

Bought 3 breathtaking gorgeous saree’s from this place. The price is reasonable for the great quality. Ahmed Bin Shoaib helped me through out the process, he provided an amazing customer service. Since, I live in USA due to the time difference it’s hard to communicate in India but he was always available to answer my questions and concerns. He made sure everything is exactly how I wanted. Looking forward to buy more beautiful outfits from this place.

Very bad response I’m just asking them to tel the details of dresses from past 15 days n also I’ve WhatsApp the dress also but they r not responding… plzzzz don’t visit this shop… really hopeless idiots r running this shop … I refer all ppl to go for DFRL xclusive shop … it’s very nice n it has an unique classy n high moderate selection!

Customers service is good but is there any chance of refund as I haven’t taken the dress from Karishma but made advance payment against the dress.one of our relatives brought from Karishma abids and now don’t know what to do with the dress I already have purchased. Please respond ASAP cause is there any chances of refund.

Run to other shops as fast as you can and save yourself from being scammed from these fraudulent business.

The staff is very rude and manager at Charminar showroom beside Chowmalla Palace is just above everything and abusive. We paid the amount in advance just to argue and wait for hours for nothing. They're disagreeing to make any changes and not willing to refund my amount as well

Never buy at Karishma store when there is sale as the clothes are faded and damaged old stock

They are extremely irresponsible! I told them so many times that we need our dresses to be ready by 5th morning and now its the wedding night, the 7th and I still haven't gotten them. I am here waiting with makeup done just to recieve my dress and attend the wedding, they are saying that the dresses will be ready by 8pm, its the worst thing they could have done, and yet they call themselves "The Wedding Mall" when they don't even know a simple thing about weddings. They are so nice to you and agree to everything when selling, but once they get their money they don't care about anything. Worst experience ever!

A very unprofessional place to shop your bridal wear from. They say something and then do something. Neither are they accurate on the rate or the service provided. The rates keep on changing as per there wish. Absolutely no professionalism or responsibilty towards a customer.

Very unhappy with the services. I wouldn't suggest anyone to come over here, until and unless there team members don't learn how to work efficiently with there customers.

Nice collection, very good bridal work khadadupattas, shararas, etc. But on the expensive side.

Worst worst customer service they exploited in sale saying to please purchase whatever scrap of clothing ur seeing and then complete the pieces after a week, after 15th, did not give them and are asking for extra money to makeup for their incompetence.
The manager was super cheap, did not respect the fact that a single lady is in front and was forcing to pay or take whatever is given.
No buisness has the right to exploit or threaten you.and that's what they did.so no I do not recommend them

This is one of the well known ladies wedding shopping Mall in Hyderabad which have branchs in different locations like Abids, Khiwath and some others areas.

This is the worst shop I have ever visited I brought 2 lehengas worth 3 lacs they took 1 month to deliver it they promised me 2 belts in call and when I was in shop they didn't provide any belt they told there won't be any delivery charge they charged me 6000 delivery charge later I wanted my lehengas so I paid please don't ever buy anything from this wedding mall I saw few reviews people didn't get good service. It's not about good service they lie and make you buy the dress and later betray.after 2 months I m posting this review just to let people know this is worst place in hydrabad and in the money I paid I could easily get lehnga from big names like kalki ritu kumar and more I

Worst service, I would recommend going to Meena bazaar or any other store, the harassment, and poor workmanship and they don't like to do their job, and instead customer stick their own dress, they literally handed me the supplies to stitch the dress as well as we're trying to scam me into paying for that supplies for something have committed. I would say cheats

It is located on the main road, beside santosh sapna theatre. This mall is quite expensive with latest ethnic dress. Full air conditioner, friendly staff

Same stuff since 3 years but with a high price, same suit which was 25000 now its 48000
