I have visited this hospital but my experience was not good as i thought doctor care was excellent but the reception was slow and i didnt like the language they used so pls focus on language
My faith settled in Dr Sushant 11 years ago, when I was suffering from LBA. Dr did not recommend any unnecessary scans. Only an x-ray, and gave simple treatment. Afterc10 yrs when I started suffering due to an injury, when some suggested unnecessary procedures, Dr Sushant gave very appropriate treatment not involving unnecessary scans or procedures.
When people say negative things, it not because of Dr Sushant or his staff. They all are very polite. I got my mother also treated by him.
Kasturi Hospital is an excellent choice for bone pain. The orthopedic department is impressive, and the doctor's friendly nature made the treatment comfortable. The hospital's cleanliness was praiseworthy, and the prompt service by the staff made the whole experience more satisfactory.
Pathetic service, long waiting queue & no proper management, there is no sequence in which patients are addressed, if you are looking for a peaceful delivery do not visit
This is the correct Hospital & perfect doctor KALPANA Maam because My wife is the example of facing infertility problem since 6Years.we visited number of hospital for the resolution but no result. Finally we came to KASTURI HOSPITAL for infertility treatment. Dr Kalpana ma'am having good patience to listen patients problem & very friendly nature and explanation about problem & solution is in easy way. Now my wife got positive result. Too worst experience As we all know that we need to wait at hospitals for consultation, these people test the patience of patient even after taking the appointment and the staff are too rude in giving response. I had an appointment at 12: 45pm these people made me wait for 3hrs. Please do book a movie ticket also simultaneously when you take an appointment in this hospital so that you don't need to waste your half a day time here
I got admitted on 08/10/2022 and discharge on 12/10/2022, btw theses days had wonderful experience, nurse staff 100/100 for room cleaning staff 100/100, night time they were very helpful, more over the staff from watchman to top Doctor very HUMBLE Alhumdulilah Allah bless them all, Dr Sustant sir thanks a lot for your time

Worst experience, Took me 4 hrs for simple consultation and scan, I went for pcod checkup with Dr kalpana gynecologist, I called them priorly before visiting clinic, After visiting, they told me to come back after couple of hours, since doctor is busy with other scans, Everyone including pregnant ladies need to wait for long hours, to consult with doctor, believe me, I saw every one in waiting area requesting for early consultation, It's not adivisable to make people especially pregnant women wait for so long and get frustratedThey have least coordination between reception and one on the scan floor. I will never visit this clinic again myself, and dont recommend for pregnant lady at all. And it's always a one day task to visit this clinic, Also when you call for reports they will not send you, they will tell you, doctor should view reports first.even though it's a weekend.
Excellent service from nurshing staff, good environment, helping housekeeping staff and very supportive front end staff. Pradeep helped us about Insurance formalities.
My wife has been brought in emergency in the morning to the hospital and the doctor and the nurses attended her immediately and helped her deliver the child by normal delivery. We were taken proper care by Dr.kalpana and the staff. Over all very good and overwhelming experience.

Doctors or good but the staff who sits at Cash counter and reception they are all irresponsible & Use less.they don't give reports on time.they are very rude to patients. Some times they they take the money with out giving invoice. Very very bad staff.
Well, first of all, the time maintenance is worst. You actually don’t get any appointment. You need to wait there till the doctor asks you to get in. And all the above, after checking my MRI of my right wrist, doctor directly admitted that he was not able to recognise anything, and out of doubt he gave me some medicines, now how do they think that the patient will trust the so called nearly 2 decade experienced doctor
