Pathetic and foul mouthed rude employees they don't respect costumer they force to buy what they wana they are least bothered about what costumer wants.while trying testers they were very harsh on my face selling local brands forcing customer to buy that only.worst service.i have been going to kathiawar since years but now the service provided is worst unacceptable

Extreme ripoffs, selfish and deluded.don't visit.
Please shop online, they are fraud and lie to your face to get you to buy their company product at and extreme high price

Worst shop ever for cosmetics, the problem is not with the products but with the sales girl's pathetic behavior, let me explain my wife visited this Kathiawar worst shop and the sales girl gave her the incorrect product and was not ready to accept it.

Same time another customer checked her products and it was the incorrect product as well. Be careful with this Kathiawar Store's worst sales girls.

Peace of advice never ever believe in the sales girl of this worst Kathiawar store.

Yesterday I went to kathiawar she given nykaa foundation worst foundation
The foundation was oxidized
Not staying 5 hrs also money was wasted

They show brand products
They show only new launched products
Am not satisfied with this nykaa foundation

Very bad services provided by sales girls. I purchased foundation they didn't even give proper shade even though trying on my face. Everytime pushing the customer to buy this that. What I am saying they didn't even ready to listen.try this ma'am this is good. But it's worst what she gave me. Please get the proper knowledge girls where they can b nice to the customer's and knowledge able about the products.

Store is very well connected, right in centre of hyderabad.
All cosmetic products are available. Woman staff, this was really empowering.

But still can imorove with products, few products are not available.
On the whole nice place to buy cosmetics.

Ok store to buy makeup but the staff is ridiculous I and mom went to buy makeup one staff came she asked for ask what we want. I said her that i want maybeliine fit me but she told us that there is offer in lakme they said me to buy lakme when I said no she took me up she applied lakme foundation in lights it was looking good and dark circles was not covering when I said no to lakme she said buy irritated staff they will confuse u to buy products irritation one. They will say to buy buy. But what we want they will not let uss they will show us varites not satisfied and at the time of billing when we akask for offer they will say nothere is no offer for lakme f**) and no offer no discount nothing. So plz maintain ur staff and plz let customer talk and buy there products. Don't throw or pressure ur things. Thanki

Earlier they had Brassier of lowest brand to the costliest. Now they are keeping just four brands. Victoria Secret, Enamor, Triumph and Jockey. Now if customers come they should buy these at any cost which are starting at a price of Rs 695 the lowest. And they have till the price of 1500/- too. It's so commercial that a valued customer will buy it at any cost at the cost of quality. Even a panty set is of Rs 700. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied. Shaving foam wasn't available. Venus Blue color Razors weren't there. Maxis earlier they had at the price of Rs 565-655/-. Now the starting price of a simple maxi is rs 990/-. Are we buying a dress or a maxi?
Navrang might be better than this store I think. Because I shall visit Navrang the next time.

Good helpful staff. Most products are available from top brands. However it's a pricey store and everything is expensive

When ever I buy from this shop I always wasted my all money they give us bad and wrong shade foundation now they are promoting manish malhotra foundation dont buy other wise you will also disappointed like me I swear I dont go to the shop in my life

Products are too overpriced. Do not buy from here if you know the shade you want to buy. The same products are available online and are at a reasonable price. Don't go to this place. The service is good tho.

It’s a good store to buy make up related stuff! But the people here force you to buy products even if you dont like it! In case you dont buy and seek for other options, they give weird looks.they don’t give you enough time to decide. They are always in rush to sell the product to the customer! Also they sell the product for mrp which is quite higher while the same product online costs you very less! It would be better if you give discounts

Very congested and commercial place to shop makeup, staff has lots of condition when the customer wants to test or trial the products, feel like you are in vegetable market where all the vendors are back of you to sale their products.

I would not even give this one star. I have come from a long way for exchange and thy are not ready to understand situation. I just accidentally brought different size box and I pleased them because I came from so long for this exchange but they are not even making me understand instead thy are directly saying no. It's not right. They should have understanding. There must be a second way too but they are not ready for exchange. It's very disappointing. They show one face while we buy and other while we come for an exchange.

Incomplete collections. If you find foundation of one brand you won’t find concealer of the same. Attendants try to whitewash you by giving the lightest shade possible. Have a know it all attitude and don’t wish to listen to customers needs. It’s 2022. Please evolve.

They do not have organic brands collection and also they try to stick products when there's no necessity.

The staff is very kind and helpful. I bought makeup from this place and the friendly staff helped me choose the right products according to my skin type. Very pleased with the service!

We did shopping for my sisters marriage.they have tested foundation number 332 for my sisters complexion and it suited her well. But after going home and checking the products foundation 320 was given instead of 332 both of which had a lot of difference.when I had to come all the way from Vanasthalipuram to Abids to exchange the product 332 foundation stock is not at all available. It’s so embarrassing situation for me.

No coordination with other branch, even if the stock is available in other branch, they can't get it to me

I went to the store to buy an eyebrow pencil but was impressed by the customers service by a sales person named deepika and bought cosmetics worth 5000 rupees for my daughter.your staff are very courteous and they I've lot of patience.
