Excellent store.but it's very odd that they have a concealed door for manager room exactly next to ladies trial room.donno whether it's something I should be worried about!

Staff pushing product and spoiling the whole atmosphere. Billing persons have take it or leave it attitude.

Most of the positive reviews are not true u think.
They force us to buy as per their requirement. Literally sales girls hurry us as per their interest. They won't show what we are asking for.they manipulate alot.
Whatever we are looking for they follow back n tell try this, that's not in the market n tell us to buy something else.
They won't leave us free to choose what we want.

They could not take the nightdresses back. All of the night dresses have shrunk after the first wash. I took a dozen of them atleast.

They have good variety in brands and premium products are available.
The biggest drawback of this store is over promoting lotus brand. Staff will pester to the extent that one cannot surf other brands peacefully.
It is completing contradictory that the staff is putting other brands down and saying Lotus is herbal and best.

Truly a woman's paradise! Very helpful staff who know every nook and corner of the store and are quite willing to attend to customer queries with a genuine intention to help.some products might seem to be on the expensive side but given the great quality, I guess it is totally worth it. Will visit this store regularly from now on for all personal needs!

Selling old products which are near to expiry date. Convincing customer to purchase as there won't be any issues. Giving their personal usage examples.

Please look into this. Keep the latest stock always.

2-3 Sales girls surrounded me and forced me to buy a lipstick brand of her choice, although I kept stating what I was looking for. They aren't actively listening to customer's particular need or choice.
For few products when I bought of my choice then they displayed disinterest further.
I forgot what more I could buy because of the pull and push and neither could explore the shop almost ran out.
Pls instruct them properly limiting to 2 stars due to their behavior otherwise an excellent store with leading brands

Staff are not properly trained and they are forcing me to take the products even after am not willing to take the product and they showed me one colour in lipsticks and gave me another shades after coming home i realised that it was not my colour lipstick shades with i want to buy so am unable to go back and return because i stay far away i wasted my money and am not using that products even after spending more money very worst experience.

The sales girls will try to sell you things you don't want, at one point of time it would become so irritating

Very big stores for exclusive cosmetics with all big brands and hoisary section. All orginal products with full display.

Everything is good, but they are forced me to buy lotus products even though I'm asking any other product staff is preferring and forcing me buy lotus only. I request management to consider this point.

Great place to buy cosmetics. You get 1 litre branded shampoo and conditioner which is very cost effective!

Kathiawar Stores is a well established name and trusted source for cosmetics and beauty products. We were pleasantly surprised to see this new grand store at Gachibowli. The place is huge and impressive with ample parking space. They showcase a large variety of cosmetics, hair and skin care products, hair accessories, lingerie and night wear. Typical of the Kathiawar Stores is that the sales girls get after you to buy stuff that you don’t intend to buy. This store at Gachibowli is also reflective of the same practice, which was a bit disappointing. They will simply not allow you to peacefully select a brand, but will keep pushing one particular brand of their choice, which is annoying.

Do you sell maybelline, nyx, lakme and loreal foundations and concealers?
