Kaya Clinic - Skin & Hair Care (Banjara Hills, Hyderabad)

The worst service they provide. U call them for enquiry and they keep disconnecting and then the receptionist is rude and arrogant with the doctors not available
Think twice before reaching to this branch

Happy customer, Really appreciate the dr, staff and specially Shaheen Begum who has done the session with lot of patience and perfection.

Waste of money. I'm writing this review after my 5 sessions of laser full face. They say it removes completely by almost 3 sessions. But now I have too much hair grown on my cheeks. Earlier I don't have that much thick and strong hair.
They do tantrums after 3 sessions. They don't do properly.
They asks us to write 5 start review on the first session only.

I'm very disappointed & not satisfied. They spoilt my face saying all waste words. They cheat us saying that to take prp treatment, under eye dark circles etc, whatever they find and keep asking to pay on the first session itself.

They don't even concern about worries and problems.

They give preference to new customers and after starting the treatment they don't give proper care.

Full scam!
This is not fair.

My experience was too amazing! The Results could be seen after the first session itself. My therapist (syeda saba) was great with her services which made my overall experience even better! Tqsm

It's a wonderful experience. Dr Jaya Madhurya was quite polite and made me understand what I needed in order to fix my skin. Therapist Sangeetha and Dr. Madhuri did my peel and it was quite effective.

Kaya was supposed to give a refund. Can someone please explain why the customer care dosent take calls. Can someone please refund my money.

Sangeetha gave me the skin laser therapy with new hyperion technology, I was very smooth n painless procedure, staff is very kind n patient.

Very disrespectful staff. Waste of money and time. Even if u are old client they will not treat u well. I will never have any services from kaya in my life nor will recommend anybody.

Fariah did my full body laser and I must say she did a great job. She was very patient and directed very well.

Hello everyone! I had wonderful Laser hair reduction results until now with kaya. Anjali is very friendly and gave me a good service.

I have been taking my laser session from Miss Fariya. She's just amazing at her job.
She made me feel comfortable and always asked if I was okay.
I am really impressed with her work. If they had 10 star reviews, I would definitely giver her 10 stars. She is very punctual aswell.

Under staffed, no reminder calls and lot of waiting time.

Need more doctors and has to be a bigger place.
Only 1 or 2 doctors are hanging all patients.

I am very disappointed with kaya. Dr. N. Samatha suggested directly for operation which can be cured with medicines and also high consultation fees. Now by consulting by our family doctor I took medicines now it is cured.

Excellent laser service. Results are great. Faaria has been my technician. She’s very thorough, friendly and makes the process easier and quicker. The place is air conditioned and very hygienic and they take all Covid-19 safety precautions. Doctors are experienced. Sara at front desk is great with assisting and follow ups.

The staff are so helpful and understanding (Anjali especially ️), they were able to accommodate me in the last minute. Thanks much guys:)

One of the worest clinic ever seen spent close 60000 but not even 10% result waste.instead cheating customer better do robbery job.worest clinic.money and time wasted.no use of review but someone will stop going to this kaua clinic

Tabassum and poornima, explained the whole process of PRP and made me feel very comfortable during the process as well. Dr padmaja walked me through the benefits of PRP if combined with the other treatments looking at the condition of my hair and provided the exemplary services
