I had booked a LHR session at Kaya upon my friend’s suggestion. My Kaya therapist Prasanna did an amazing job. She ensured I was comfortable throughout the session and took good care of me. I would highly recommend her when you visit this place.
DO NOT SUGGEST TO GO TO THIS FACILITY. EXTREMELY POOR ORGANIZATION, EXTREMELY POOR CAPABILITY. NO EXPERIENCE.

I've taken other sittings in Chennai Kaya. It was always a breeze.
Very poor service in Kaya -Inorbit mall facility. I booked a slot for laser hair reduction (8 days in advance). Previous night to the appt.they called and asked me for rescheduling because the doctor was not available the following day. I told them if I lose this slot, it will be after one month. So they told me to come anyway. They assigned someone who had no regard for skin. Shaving prior to the laser session was a nightmare. I've harsh burning red patches all over my leg that prevents me from wearing even normal jeans. On top of this, she didn't shave properly, there was hair left and it was burning throughout the session. Very un-clean work. (It was supposed to be pain free laser).
I asked them for numbing to be applied before starting the session for some parts. She mentioned she'll do it later. Then claimed that numbing will take time. So wait for 10 more minutes (after 2.5 hours of lying on their table). Arrived at 11 40am for 4 parts. Left their facility after getting two parts done and just the numbing cream on one part at 2 15pm. After asking them what's taking so long they told me there is another client and the machine is busy. Something as basic as planning between clients is poor.
Not taking the name of the person to avoid daunting her career.
Honest review: : It's worst experience. Kaya clinic is just making fool. I went for laser treatment for chin. I have completed all the sessions and still don't see even 1% of change. The Dr is very rude in Kaya inorbit mall. They have charged me 8k - 9k for chin laser for all sessions and I feel I have just wasted money. I kindly request if anyone who is reading this review n planning for laser please don't go for it you will just loose the money without any change. This is a honest review.
I had an amazing experience with Therapist Akanksha at Kaya Skin Clinic for my body laser hair removal treatment. She performed the procedure with great professionalism and skill, making me feel comfortable and at ease throughout. Akanksha's attention to detail and expertise were evident, and the results have been outstanding. I'm incredibly happy with the smooth and hair-free outcome. Kaya is the best Im taking here my face laser treatment which is working fab I can even see the results in 2 sittings only and the crew LAKSHMI garu is so good and friendly she is fab at her job thank you kaya
I have been taking facial services from Kaya at inorbit mall from quite sometime. I always prefer Alice to take my sessions. Her services are very good and she takes care of customer very well. She listens to customer concerns and refer proper facial based on their skin concern. I continue taking my sessions there only because of Alice. I am very happy with her services. Thank you
Fatima had taken care of my service and she was really nice to me throughout and made me comfortable and kept calming me as it was my first time going for the facial hair reduction laser treatment.she informed me about the side effects and the precautions to be taken.well and clear explanation given by her and would like to see her the next time also doing it for me. I'm very the service and laser session at Kaya. The dr first checks us personally and then the trained staff carries out the session. I noticed a huge decline in the hair on my chin after my laser sessions. My session is done by miss Fatima and I'm very much satisfied with her quality of service. I would highly recommend this to my friends and family
Dr. Lasia and my therapist Akanksha akula were very considerate and lovely people. Very professional. Made sure I felt comfortable during my session and also gave me a thorough understanding of how to go about my treatment and the dos and don’ts. Overall a great experience
Kaya clinic has different set of treatments and they are doing different compare to other professional skin care clinics. Treatment which I have taken is facial treatment did by Alice she did perfectly. Everything was good but price was little more compare to other clinics.
