Chicken pieces were cold and not crispy.
Ordered fries, boneless chicken, popcorn at 11: 30am dine in.all items were too cold as if it was prepared 1day before or 2 hours before.wasted Rs. 650.they should heat in microwave before serving

KFC @kukatpally is good place to have ur fav fried chicken. It has a lobby place there are good amount of seats comfortable. I went today with my kids and my menu was served without any delay, kids were happy so I am happy with KFC.

KFC is always good loved to have grill chicken and fries and fried chicken as always love to visit again and again thank thank you so much KFC for good taste food burgers fries drinks many more meal items and recently added biryani I loved it.

Taste is fine but it's processed food. So don't eat too much. Some drinks are tasteless such virjin blue.

Normally i like kfc chicken bucket, but this store is good but heavy public at counter we have to wait for delivery

Never expected it from KFC

1. It started from the counter where i couldn’t see what i am ordering
2. Staff is slow, they don’t respond well
3. Food quality is not upto the KFC standards (worst of all the branches)
4. Food is cold

I visited to kfc kukatpally many times

As all of know kfc is very famous every where but we hav very much of patiency to go and hav smthng there

Because to take order only they took alot time and as much as time taken by them to return our order

Everytime I went there for especially chiken popcorn and bucket chicken that was awsome and so yummyyyyy

But soft drinks are literraly like somthing else instead of soften touch they just like water and oduring like smthng bad especially coke

I loved it for that only purpose I tolerate al that waiting

Here atmophere little rushy and hurry but with that food taste somewhat we can forget that stress

Totally it is a very nice place to hav but alot of improve ment sholud be add to service over there

KFC is known for finger licking. But all KFC branches of hyderabad are maintaining the brand. But this kukatpally branch is some what better than other branches.
Ambience is good and suits for giant family.

Service was good, however smoky grill chicken were of small pieces. Hot and crispy taste was good, however prices again were small.

Perfect location. Had crisy chicken and boneless chicken. Food is very tasty. Order serving time is around twenty minutes.
Quantity of pieces is good. Only issue I faced is less number of tomato sauce packages and tissue paper. It should be provided based on the quantity ordered and served. Not just 2-3 packets.

KPHB KFC Nice. Fried chicken good But pieces are different sizes not worth for it. Smoky grill not good.

Excellent place.for chicken lovers. Recommend chicken hot wings. French fries. Nice service also. All the items are very tasty.

Friendly staff but delivery seems to be but late. Compared to other KFC branches over the city, this KFC is one of the major ones. The staff of this KFC looks professional and friendly. Inspite doing their regular work. But at times I observed the hag the deliveries are getting delayed to the customers. And do not provide ample amount of Ketchup untill you inform him.

It's was tasty and it's was mt 3 time visiting the kfc and taste was same as the first time I experienced

OK OK. Now a days KFC chicken taste become average particularly in some branches. They aren't cooking the dishes properly and serving the chicken pieces very oily. Due to this, missing the feeling of KFC chicken crispyness.

I have visited after long time to taste the aroma of KFC which I used to love always. But somehow, I missed the taste and feel of having Kentucky Fried Chicken. Not sure though if it’s a branch issue. Looks like they are not maintaining their standards of serving hot food, counter service folks are very casual (kind of if you want to eat order else u can leave the place), that courtesy is missing for customers like helping new or existing customers in choosing their menu, offers, new items etc, noticed half cooked chicken. Overall little bit disappointed with both taste and service as well. This is my observation. Not sure if others are also have the same opinions. Need to see other reviews as well. Happy Dining.

Kfc the name itself defines the best chicken snacks. Love for chicken and love for kfc never dies. The best place for chicken lovers and to pose for pictures.

Yeah.a comfy place to hangout with friends n family.the service is good as the food. Ambiance would have been better. A local place to hangout.

This outlet. I had not so good tasty experience. A little bit of salt/spicy or something was missing. Didn't like it much.

KFC is much better here in India than other sub continent countries.very neat and clean with lots of yummy items too.

Nice officers and staff are very helpful and explaining everything offer fast service. Nice place to dine in.
