KFC

It's a much needed KFC store in the area. The billing and take away sections are in the ground floor and there is a dine in section on the 1st floor. The seating area was a bit stinky when I visited. Needless to say, it was clean and tidy.

One of the spacious KFC restaurants in the city. There is enough parking and the washrooms are clean. They've introduced self service kiosks for ordering food and it takes a lot of time for people who are unfamiliar with it.

They have kiosk to order items and the all the items available in the kiosk are not available to order. Payment problems are there with kiosk. Order is late and food is not that tasty for take away. They will try to replace orders with the available items.

Uncooked popcorn which is not with the taste and unboiled. Very bad food by KFC. I have never seen before like this.

The kfc at miyapur has changed a lot. You have self order facility where you can select the items and pay all by yourself. And the value of kfc has been maintained as always!

Find below in detail. My experience with KFC today at Miyapur.

1. We requested two drums [legs] in 4 pc hot and Crisp and the guy told it will take 10 mins for the drums to prepare. I said OK, however they didn't served even after 30 mins. It seems like, we should eat whatever they served

2. The kids chair is worst. Looks like they didn't clean for years. I cleaned the chair myself and saw the dust on wet tissue. Oh my god. Looking at the dust my interest towards eating gone.

3. Also Mr Suraj [KFC serving boy] trying to adjust the kids chair hight but failed. We had adjust it

4. Why can't you keep more kids chair?

5. Dining Table not cleaning regularly. Not sure we need carry wet tissues to clean the table.

6. Finally spoke with suresh (manager) and requested him to maintain the premises clean from next time

The taste of chicken is very good here. But the sales women often forget some item in the ordered list and the place is not well sanitised maintained especially the hand-wash and bathrooms.

It's changed to digital order food it's a very good experience and service over there tastes are mind blowing

Receiving very politely, taking precaution and sanitizing the hands. We had wonderful items! Rice bowl, , French, chicken box and other items. It was awesome at Miyapur.

Good place for burgers. But day by day options for vegetarians are decreasing. The famous veg zingers's patty also now has been reduced in size and split into two halves. Expectations are more from KFC. Need to have more options for vegetarian folks.

Ambience, Tidiness is good. And spacious place for dine out.
Staff were courteous. Taste was also good. Had KFC after a long time. Felt good

Not so great experience this time not liked it.the upper layer of the flesh is fried the inner is tasteless. The cost is too higher side

This place was really nice when I visited last week, god! That chicken and advanced outlet it is, I'll surely travel any long for such vibe

Chicken popcorn was cold inside.only few on top were hot.this is so disappointing.don't expect such things frm brands like KFC

In all aspects, this is the best KFC in the city.

Firstly the food tastes fresh and all the covid measures are in place.

Secondly, the place has set-up four kiosks which give the freedom to select the dish of our choice. If any doubt, there is a provision to visit the kitchen at any time.

Delivers the food with a proper digital token system and in desired time.

Just go for it without any second thought.

One of the best KFC stores in the area. It's fully renovated now and maintains a lovely ambience. It has installed machines for customers to use them to order. This makes the process easy and comfortable. The taste of the items is something that will make you buoyant and cheerful. My kids love the veg burgers there the most. The workers are well-behaved, prompt and dynamic. It maintains the best hygiene, taking care of all aspects of cleanliness. If you have not visited this outlet, it's time to savor the delicacies.

It was very nice place. Enjoyed KFC chicken multiple times. Wednesday Special Bucket was huge and awesome. The formula they use is very authentic and could not get the same tase anywhere else. Last time when we visited, we had to wait much time at the cash counter. There was this lady named Swetha who was billing the customers. Dear KFC management, I would request you to put a person who is fast, sharp & multitasking at the billing counter. Otherwise you are the best. Thank you so much for the good finger licking KFC Chicken. Sooooo Goooood

It's looks amazing with new infrastructure.
The quality of food has to be improved.

This place is closed for renovation. Located right on Miyapur main road. Parking is decent. Seating is spacious. Good for dine-in or take away. They took lot of time for preparation when there was crowds. Hope it would be bigger and better after renovation.

Food should been supply to customers on time. Waiting time they take more as we booked one hour earlier.

I have ordered takeaway.cool drink packing was horrible and I was left out with empty glasses by time I reached home

Good place hangout with friends and family, new deals have been introduced, which has made it more affordable. New interiors are really great.

Very good KFC branch, staff are good good and chicken and French fries are well cooked and crispy and they also offers KFC Card free of cost valid all over India, in which money can be added.

I had chicken bucket today and decided not to visit this place again. Really disappointed with the chicken taste because chicken was not cooked properly. I have had same chicken bucket in Prasad Mall, InOrbit Mall and was super happy with the taste but this last one was disastrous.

Counter boy was very lazy to deal customers. He was engaged in talking and dealing with one customer since long and killing time of the another customer standing in queue.
Bogus service.

Quality standards are a bit low here. Out of 6 chicken pieces, 2 were dried out, I felt the bread was stale.

Good ambient place.

Place for a cool evening get together with family and friends.

Ab KFC ke bare me kya batau bhaaii? Quality quantity same hi hogi just like other outlets, but remarkable thing is pleasant ambience on 1st floor n sitting arrangement n its on mumbai hyderabad highway so easily accessible but crowded

The products at outlet we're good as usual. Just stopped by for a takeaway. Service was pretty fast and professional.

I have visited Miyapur kfc branch to avail 12 piece bucket offer @ 399 on Wednesday, the employee started offering me combo offer @599 etc so I have insisted for 12 piece offer then he billed 12 pieces offer @449, then I asked it is for 399 and you are asking me to pay 449 then the other employe came and billed it for 399 but they have parceled 12 bone less tiny pieces.
Actual 12 piece combo is mix of chest leg & wing pieces but they have gave us all same small and tiny pieces which does not consist of chest or leg or wing. I was not expecting this kind of nonsense from KFC brand.

Worst service by KFC. First I tried to order online, money got diducted but order was not placed. Then they said some problem with payment gateway so the order got canceled. Then I ordered by call at around 8 pm, expected delivery time 8: 45pm. Called around 9pm they said 10 more minutes due to bad weather. I said okay because it was actually raining. Then I call them at 9: 45pm, then they say they are waiting for the rain to stop. Only then they will send the delivery. What non sense is that. After nearly two hours of waiting this is the response I get. They could have informed me at the time when I placed order. Very disappointed with KFC.

If you are going to Miyapur Allwin X Road, this is one place you can consider. They do have a root top dining and the staffs were friendly.
