KFC is famous for its masala but these days it's not using it anymore and chicken is also not cooked properly I went to KFC yesterday with my mother and it was the worst food we ever had they need to start using their masala more and take care of cooking
Worst experience ever in KFC. Served chicken is not at all hot.very very cold condition. May be our chicken is prepared in many hours back.and served at night. Never gonna visit this kfc again.
Went there yesterday in the evening. The staff out there is quite off.instance, we placed the order.the billing staff didn't ask for my number where we are supposed to receive our order details. Coming to the food, who sells burgers which are cold and dry. Hint: this place does. So I'd advice you guys to not order that off the menu.coming to the fries.the fries weren't great. Some of them were burnt and some ended being green. The tissues weren't provided.we had to manually go pick it up.coming to the drinks. Boy. I wish someone taught them what a Mojito was. It isn't just sweet Sprite with mint leaves and dried up lemons in it.taste wise. It sucked. Honestly, we didn't finish our complete meals either because the meal was horrible. Dry, cold, no taste, not being able to do the work efficiently are just some things which could be observed in this particulal joint. Trust me there are branches of KFC in Karkhana which provides a incredible service with great quality of food. Idk what was wrong with place. I'd advice you to not visit this place. Unless you like Cold, Dry and green burnt fries. Oh I forgot to add up a point when the billing staff was giving me the change. The paper bills which she offered me were taped ones and ones which were coated with dirt or black colour no idea what that was. KFC if you do read this make sure you do something about this branch.
Avoid to visit during rush hours as it is too crowded and has no social distance protocols followed. Food and service is good. Parking is a bit of an issue. Do not park on the road side to avoid no parking challans.
The dining experience was smooth. The only issue was parking. Had to wait for 10 to 15 minutes for a good parking space. Due to Covid the place is less maintained but manageable.
I didn't like the taste of newly launched double down chicken burger, though it consists of full chicken in 2 layers, price is bit high considering its size. I am more fond of chicken zinger burger and chicken tandoori burger which I liked more than this new double down chicken burger.
Easy to locate the place. Lot of parking space for both two wheeler and four wheeler. Coming to hygiene good. Cleanliness good. Food taste good. Sitting space is average. Heavy crowded area. Especially on weekends it's wil very rush.
Hey guys one of my friend worked here for 3 months and except the rice bowl nothing is done fresh here, and they some times sell expired chickens and expired bread i just recommend u not to eat food from any of kfc its better to eat homemade chicken fries
It's worst experience to have here, taste less ek dam bekaar hai. Isse accha street food hai. 5th Avenue burger is much better than this. Just making money from the name of the Brand itself
I ordered hot and crispy 4pc and that it was containing too much of oil in it, oil was dripping, literally too much of trans fat, not healthy, should not play with people's health.
Now a days chicken rate is very less as it is 85rs/kg. But chicken bucket rate is same and quantity also same. It would be great if They should revise rates as chicken market up and downs
I see, this is only for Non-vegetarians. I stepped in today and ordered for Veg Box and it took almost 30mins for them to even look at my order; whole store is busy with Non-vegetarian orders.
Well trained to cheat the customers.absolute is opposite of what is advertised and what is served. When asked if theydifderent outlets serve differently, they were ready to offer the same as what is advertised. If you don't ask, you get cheated. #hatekfcasraonagar

I've been here twice, you order a Chocolash and it feels like water-chocolate drink. You order a longer or a snacker here, it feels like they've graced you just by letting you eat whatever they've let you eat from it. I've said to all of my friends and family to not even go near this deranged franchise. And I'd like to spread this to the world, before these grave diggers benefit and enjoy someone else's labour and claim it as theirs. I wish i could shut this place down but even that effort is too much for it's unclean, unappetizing, unforgivable services.
Not very good. Not customer friendly. Every MNC Food company staff outside India are very customer friendly, but in India staff are not very enthusiastic to work and towards customers. I don't understand why they behave like this.
The quality of food is very poor. Earlier there was a unique flavour of KFC. I think there is no quality management because of which they started cheating customer providing very poor quality food. Only brand name no quality.
Although kids love this place, it's better to skip this place due to health reasons. They seem to be only interested in promoting their menu and in the bargain even water is rationed. The staff certainly could be a bit pleasant.
PUnprofessional behavior during the billing. They are not well trained to explain the menu. Even the way things are packing and the menu item showed are quite different. Prefer to avoid going there, minimum order time is 20 min. May extend. McDonald's is far better than this place.
Very very bad experience with A S Rao branch team.staff attitude and service not good at all and this is my first bad experience with them. I ordered some thing but they delivered is different arguing with me very badly.
Once in a month my vist is here! Staff need to increase either they are one token machine! It kills lot of time.need improvement! However it crowd is more, but that's the major role.customers expect.a quick order. ASAP. But staff response is minimal! Need focus and improvement.
