Dear women,
Never apply for a job in this company. They are very unprofessional people. They never respect women. In interview this company one of the Sr. Manager directly ask are you planing for kids, I answered him No. He said I can offer you only if you will give commitment for 2 years for not planing for kids. Not only this he ask me the age and date of birth. Is this a professional way to question anyone like this? Doesn't he married or not having kids. How can anyone ask for bond for 2 years in interview. And the interview is Sr. HR of this company, just imagine if HR team have such a low grade thinking how will be the work environment here. This is so disrespectful. And if he is looking for only boys then why he ask me to come to office and schedule my interview. He wasted my time and energy.
I should have done the complain about is organization but I was quite.

Describing their services as pathetic is a disgrace for the word "pathetic". Their services in shares management is atrocious. They do not provide any update or progress on the process. Their customer care number do not progress beyond the first option selection state. Wondering how big shots like RIL etc have made them as their RTA. (If only Google had provided "negative star" rating feature)

They don't respond on phones or mails. I am struggling to get my invested money in NCD where they are registrar. I filed a complaint with SEBI against them.

S even I had a irresponsible behavior from this company. Can we address the issues through consumer court and sort out the issues?

Waste company and waster managers. No Hike and nothing to grow here. Very very less salary and timings are 8 AM To 11 PM. One of worst the politics in managers, Managers have no skills. They think their work only, if you have health issues but you must have to work.think before join this company.

We went to kfintek for LIC, IPO non-allotment bank refund.officials were helpful and assured refund to our bank at the earliest.

One of the useless company which I have ever seen. They took 45 days to confirm whether the sent documents are correct. Keep rejecting the documents for unnecessary reasons.

Pays you watchman salary, forget abt promotions, hike or bonus, they make you work like a slave, no leave if any health issue bcs ur there slave, 2 months notice period, no exceptions or you pay your salary of 2 months, tl is friendly only when work is done. Either work or die. Hope you will rethink before joining.

Worst and irresponsible behaviour. No respect for age too. We are in India and if this the way they give service for 80 years old's hard earned money, then India has not changed. Even after 3 years after investment and after repeated emails, phone calls and personal visits to Kfintech Hyderabad office and after submitting the required documents too, not recieved the certificate for our
investment. They keep telling after a week and after 15 days you will get it but not recieved till date. Can any reponsible person in their company answer to this query and send the required certificate?

I have been writing to them regarding change in name in the demand draft issued by them.i have send all physical documents along with the original Demand Draft on 11th August 2021, I have not received my Demand Draft duly changed in the name. There is no update no any action from their side. It seems i may have to visit personally. No telephone connection.

The contact number given is always busy.the mail ID given is wrong.how do contact them for any doubts or difficulty.poor service

One of the worst company in hyderabad. There is always politics of managers. There is no hike, no improvement & One think at least they can't give bonus of diwali and dasar. Super market is better than this. Worst worst company don't join for this.

I have been writing to them regarding an issue with my shares since over 9 months. Even after months of sending physical documents as required by them, there is no concrete update, forget any action from their side. They send automated "reply to your mail" emails which opens a new reference number for every email you send. Totally silly and frustrating. Never encountered such incompetence before. Just terrible service.
