Coming to the food review - disappointed. Chicken biryani was not good and the staff was very rude. They don't even ON air conditioner. Totally disappointed and prices are high

I have been going to this restaurant for a very long time (approx. 23 years) and I totally love the atmosphere, ambience, food and service. Never have I had a complaint with either of them. Will always be a loyal customer for you guys.

Ordered butter chicken but got spicy chicken curry and a small dice of butter on it. The ambience was great but the food we had was not up to the expectations.

No doubt the food is good, but they need to take care of the hygiene. There were cockroaches roaming on the couches in the dining section.

Overall, the experience was good.

This is one of those restaurants where customer service is priority.

Its ok but there is not much varieties in food and unfortunately couldn't have desert or ice cream

This is my favourite one.specially the soups here are amazingly tasty once tasted will come here again.

We had dinner with family of 20 members on 15/02/20 and our bill was around 8k but the service was slow and they didn't even serve Onions, when we asked about chopped onions they told that we can't give, as per the order from management. Other day I had pani puri on roadside stall and he gave lots of onion for 20 rupees worth pani puri. Kholanis management should be ashamed charging big Bill's and not providing simple salads, I wouldn't had rate and review if it was me alone but our guest who invited by us and they asked it and they didn't provided. And the onion rate was 3 kilos in Rs 100.
I am never going take guests over there again.

Earlier the place was quite reasonable for the food. Now when the prices have increased, quantity has decreased makes the place not worth of money!

I asked for the feedback form but staff didn't respond. Food was not good that time but usually the taste is very good

Used to very good place and known for cuisine. The last few times I went here, food was pathetic, biryani tasted like fried rice and service was very bad.

Food is good, ambient place and parking available visited abids branch.starter roti and butter chicken was tasty, biryani need some hot.price higher than nominal.peaws also good

A little slow in their service, food is good hygiene reasonable rates but the quantity of fish and prawns have been less than before

Use to be a good place. This is the last time I have been here. Found cockroach in my plate. Absolute no no place now. Restaurant Manager just taking the incidents very causally

Worst food ever i had, No onion just because the price of onion is 50rs kg, burnt fried rice bad smell, kkk chicken full oily, ordered garlic naan insted of that got paneer and garlic mix naan worst naan.please think twice before coming to kholanis abids.

Bad attitude person who was taking orders and served different food not the one which we ordered and when we asked him about it he just waked away.

Kholanis (Abids) Food and service is great and the location is awesome given that we have Crazy Chicks (Kidss play and entertainment), The Mayur Pan shop which serves excellent and variety of Juices.

It's just fine.my experience was not too good as I wanted a boneless mutton Biryani it was written in menu but isn't available in the restaurant. AC wasn't working

This place has lost it's charm over the years. Not just about food the ambience is usually smelly. Food taste has deteriorated.

Excellent Quality Food. Excellent Service A Little Bit Expensive But Customer Service And Satisfaction Level Is Par Excellence. Nice Location At Abids. Have Been Their Customer Since The Year 1990 And Shall Remain Insha Allah.

Food is good, particularly chicken starters and biryani. Ambience is average. Prefer garden sitting. Washrooms are unclean.

The interior is exquisite and there's also a outdoor dining available (only dinner). Nice place to dine but quality of food doesn't match up to the lavish design. Missing elements (like garnishing) stick out as a sore thumb in particular.

It is situaed in heart of the city it is a large hotel during evening n night large space available outside to enjoy food under moonlit star-studded sky with delicious biryani tangdi chicken or chicken fried rice also chicken corn soup as the appetizer

The worst place it have food! It was a night mare for the dishes. They have boiled the food and got it from the fridge. Hospitality was miserable. The dish was kept on the table and were left on our own. We had it our selves. At the time of leaving the place the waiter would ask TIP without hesitation. Even if u say the service is not good they will not move from our face. Strongly not recommended.
