Though it's a good orthopedic hospital with some very good specialist doctors including Dr. GURAVA Reddy. What's pathetic is the wait time. During call for appointment it was told that minimum wait time will be 2-2.5 hrs. We came at 12.30 and it's 17.45 but still waiting for our turn. Providing tea/coffee multiple time along with biscuits and sandwiches will not do any good if patients with back pain are made to sit this long.

Very nice service. Excellent doctors and hospitality. Does not look crowded compared to other hospitals
Only issue is with the cleanliness of common washrooms

I have been admitted here for the issue pancreatitis, so the hospital services was pretty good, including housekeeping, doctors were very friendly they asked about our concerns treated in a right way, and for me overall I felt really good.

I was suffering with Influensa B by severe and unbearable cough Almost for a month. Dr.raghu kanth sir done his best with just few medicines and i have came to normal position in 2-3 weeks now I am doing well with perfect health.my heartfull thanks to the Dr. Raghu sir

This is a very good place. ALL Staffs are very nice and polite. They cooperate you very well. Doctors are also very polite.it was a good experience.

I have admitted yesterday under Dr Abhiram (gastro). I am happy and totally satisfied with the treatment of doctor and the nursing staff who was giving the proper response on time really happy with the 3 single staff.staff is really cooperative helped us alot and recovered soon. Thanks to each and everyone and heartily thankful to housekeeping staff they did really a good job.

We Came for an Executive health check up at kims hospitals, we had a great and warm experience with the check up, staff are friendly and co operative, health check co ordinator Tripura followed up with each and every investigation in a skillfull way, hospitality was great and excellent.got reports on time! I have visited for a Dental related issue. Dentistry Department has done a good job for my Root canal treatment.

It was quite a good experience with the health check ups at KIMS Gachibowli. Ms. Tripura helped and assisted me out with all the tests and consultations.

As we came on emergency, here Dr and nurses treated very well on time and ward boys and other staff supported me on time for the about 7days.

I am impressed with the ambiance in the Hospital. The chief surgeon and his team of doctors are highly courteous and empathetic. The physiotherapist Sri M Bharath who visited for one month is a skilled and committed doctor. He is sensitive and assumes responsibility for his work

Best place for knee replacement surgery. Doctors and nurses are supportive and food services are also good. Other services like house keeping staff, maintenance are very good. Floor manager Anil was taken very special care from the time of admission. Will recommend it to family and friends in future.

All the services are very good, Thanks to Dr. Chandrashekar Bijjala for his kind cooperation, The food is not upto the mark for attender, All the Nurse staff are very kind and responsible. The Hygiene is also superb.

My.father.admitted in Kim's sunshine hospital under.dr.krishnapatil. He got.operated under dr.chandrashekar sir.both doctors are good the overall service is good.especially with nursing service aim very happy thank.u to the translator mr faiyaz is good in communication thank all.

Dr Sandeep Reddy sir and the team of hospital Babu, Samim nurses all were great and caring. Looked after well while I was going on dengue treatment. Very happy with the treatment and the process. Thanks Sandeep sir!

Dr sriramulu is superb doctor with polite nature.
Overall staff sisters f&b housekeeping, floor manager namratha and Amar are extremely good and supportive
