I visited kindle clinics for the treatment of bells palsy and consulted Dr. Archana for the treatment. Within 2 weeks my problem was cured without any pain. Doctor has cleared all my doubts and suggested exercises and precuations. Fee structure is also friendly. A wide range of treatments are available. Will be best place if you need any treatment for physiotherapy.

Extremely expensive. No matter what problem you have, doctor will write a blood test worth Rs. 10,000. For me, even after these elaborate tests, no appropriate diagnosis given. Avoid if possible.

Edit 1: sorry to say this, but I had no history. Also, I was recommended to consult physician in your own office too, which I felt was another way of taking my money. We as patients are eligible for our own honest personal opinion based on experience, and do not expect to be heckled in the manner you are trying.

I consulted Dr. Kiran reddy regarding multiple injuries to my leg as the pain was not reducing. He was very patient with checking my reports and examining my injury, and he spent a good amount of time explaining the injury and suggesting a course of action and applied cast and gave injections. Not every doctor spends this amount of time on every single patient, which is great and keeps him on top when it comes to interactions with patients.and staff also supportive and friendly. I would recommend this doctor without thinking twice. Overall, it's been a great experience.

This is a big fraud hospital. They took my father's medical card, aadhar and pan card and claimed for a cashless claim without informing me or my family. I came to know after a mail came to my official email id. Please be aware and do not go to this hospital.

I took my child to kindle clinic after she got hurt their leg jumping from play area in my apratment. They did an x-ray and thank god there was no broken bone, i was very much afraid there will be a fracture. The doctor put a cast on and was very nice to her. He made sure my she was comfortable and the staff was also very helpful and full supportive.

Dr. Kiran Reddy is very polite and well mannered. He is very patient while listening to the patient problem. Recently we visited this doctor for my mother's treatment for knee pain. It was my first experience in visiting a orthopaedic hospital for a lagging pain at my knee. Was nervous on what the doctor will tell and make me go through a costly procedure. However, when I met Dr. Kiran Reddy their leading doctor in Kindle, the interaction with him gave me a lot of confidence. He is not only experienced but, is also a very patient listener. He goes all the way to make the patient comfortable. As regards the procedure he gave a prescription which gave me the results and relief avoiding unnecessary costly treatment.

I went for treatment of back pain 2-3 weeks ago. Dr Kiran is an excellent orthopaedic doctor in that case, he talked to us, listened to us and made his diagnosis accordingly. At all times, he was explaining what is wrong and what could have been the causes and how it can be treated.

Reducing 1 star because the charges are exorbitant. It is unnecessarily expensive. I had some blood tests too and that alone was around 4.7k Rs. My friend had got a similar treatment earlier at half price with similar kind of hospital infrastructure in a similar corporate hospital at Hyderabad last year. Even a normal X ray was charged like 3 times. I have earlier got similar X Ray with similar machine at 1/3rd price.

Reducing 1 more star because though the doctor had correctly suggested physiotherapy sessions (just consultation with the physiotherapy doctor - one time, and I believe he had mentioned on prescription as well) while the staff was ready to get me stuck with a physiotherapy package for, again, an exorbitant price of around 4k Rs approx, while I was clearly told by Dr Kiran that I should do the exercises at home daily.
Also, a normal D3 shot + injection administration cost me double of what it is at some other corporate hospitals.
The staff throughout was well spoken with us but the second time, there was a slight unpleasant experience with them over payment mode.
If you check in their consultation fee, they charge Rs 600 out of which Rs 100 are for some cloud charges and SMS charges and all that (Whaaaaaat! Who takes charges for that. The patient should be able to opt out of that.) ?

I would have given 5 stars for excellent diagnosis and treatment by Dr Kiran, even with the okay-ish cooperation of the hospital staff, but have to reduce 2 stars because of aforementioned reasons. If you have some kind of insurance, it wouldn't hurt to visit the clinic.

First of all, I appreciate doctor for listening with patience, then diagnosing after having look at the x ray.
After diagnosis, advised for physio therapy and prescribed medicines which are quite effective.

Doctor is very gentle, diagnose well after listening to patient, really a good team work at hospital right from reception, x ray and physio therapy.

Worst service I have ever seen. I had a 10 sessions physiotherapy treament here. Nothing has changed in pain everytime when I attended.
They will treat only 10 mins (in a hurry) and nothing will change in your pain. If we ask, they say that, they were too busy and have to treat other patients also in that single bed. Even though they charges 500 per session which is very high compared to the market fee.
I suggest you to don't blindly trust or depend just on online ratings. We have many physiotherapy centres nearby, who are proving better services than these people.
