Very poor and irresponsible responce. I called for appointment but they don't know on what time doctor will come so they told me to check on tommorow then come and disconnected call and It's not one time. Very unprofessional behaviour.

Warning, don't go there. I visited on 27 April 2023, Most horrible, night mare of my life, I went there for breast MRI, the paramedic was horrible and the MRI technician injected saline wrongly into my hand instead of injecting into wrist nerve. Thank God I stopped him before it was fatal, Upon that they tried to blame their inefficiency upon me saying I was panicking
I my self am a senior paramedic, i very well know how wrongly the procedure was. My arm is still swollen and hurting when moved. After 7 days of procedure still my arm has not recovered from the damage.
I pity about the ignorant and undereducated, innocent patients being baited. We should sue them

It was very good experience with konnect diagnostic at kompally i came here for CT KUB they done scan fast n report also given fast. Staff also spoken very politely

Recently visited here for foetal echo. It was an amazing experience visiting this diagnostic centre. From the time we enter here, they take very good care of patients and they were always checking if the patient is feeling comfortable or not. They also have recliners to lie down. Also all the staff here are very kind and friendly. Definitely I will recommend this diagnostic centre for my relatives and friends

All went out well, well managed staff and they have coordinated well also very informative doctor and front desk also very friendly and very planned with there day of appointments have observed in my wait time …kudos to Konnect team 5 …. Fetal services for expecting mother, they have separate block

We came Konnect diagnostic at Kompally for MRI the service is good and staff is also good overall evening is good.

Came for USG scan it was very nice and done scan fast and given report within time TQ Konnect kompally and mr.varaprasad have taken care

Very good in this location.using latest equipments for scan and all. I am happy with the service what I expected from diagnostic centres.
We have received TIFFA Scan report within 30min of scan.

I visited for Viability scan and NT Scan, feel very peaceful in this diagnostic centre
Reception staff is very humble and received, sometimes provide tea or coffee, premices especially foetal medicine department, maintain hygeine and reports dispatch within 10-15 minutes

Hi friends if you going to Konnect diagnostic for any scan. Please take holiday on that day why because they will take that much of time.worest experience taking lot of time minimum 1hr to 45 mins

Good diagnostic centre especially Dr Koushik sir his way of behaviour, treatment, suggestions excellent, even Frontend person also good but compare to other corporate hospitals prices high

Best Infrastructure and compared to other diagnostic centers they charge bit less and they provide reports on time even when we have emergency.

No time commitment for reporting of results when its urgent (including doctors recommendation). While paying the fee they have assured that results will be shared with in few hours, but after calling to the agreed time line they have extended to couple more hours for reporting. This happens at kompally branch.

I am 7 weeks pregnant and went for my first scan. Such an irresponsible people. During this pandemic the way they handling clients are very unsafe and unhygienic. They are not changing the bed sheets (even the disposable one) after every patient. Not following any sanitization protocol. The health department should take serious measures to control these kind of acts. Especially for pregnant ladies they should take extra care. After my multiple requests only they changed the sheet. Even not following proper hand sanitization. Both the lady radiologist and her assistant noticed to be not used the hand sanitizer before doing the procedure though it was an internal scan. I am little bit worried after the scan. I request people to raise voice on such situation. This is about Konnect Kompally branch

Very helpfull staff the way they treat and greet was best part. And regarding diagnosis part very quick in time. Hope to see in high level for achieving more and more people with there hard work.

I would say the best deal when compared to price. Infrastructure and service is good but consultation can be improved.

Ambience is good. But the staff doesn't know about the all diagnostic tests and they are not responding that much. For Ultra sound scanning they are not allowing any attendant and even husband also. The radiologist also not explaining the things that much and not having enough experience.

Plenty and sufficient equipment.
The lab techs know what they doing.
But the person at counter in 1st floor has some serious mood issue. Rest all was a good experience.

- Best infrastructure inside though appears under construction from outside.
- Almost all tests are available, went for my cousin's mri and it was done seamlessly.
- Lab techs know what they are doing.
- A staff at 1st floor's counter is a bit rude but the rest is just great.
- Bit costly for someone who is being referred here by some nearby hospital (this is common in this industry) but then it depends on the hospital you are being referred from.

All test are available at affordable price. Radiologist is the best and examination is too good such as blood test
