Krishe Sapphire" (Durgam Cheruvu, Hyderabad, India) is good or bad i don't know but is their some fraud business is happening especially 7th floor of that building. That means They are send a message in whatsup like "You are selected from typing job and come tomorrow to this address. ". "Company Name -Adit Accentuate Inc. "HR Name- Fiza Khan, Frand Candidate Mobile Numbers- 1) Fiza-9355013628,2) Sindhu-9390267027". They told You are selected and pay 5000/- as Security Fee and also they are taking a aggrement form. Work Datails is You can type 200 pages in 15 days and this language is not normal text and it is 4th form of english language text. " My problem is i paid 5000/- and project come in that evening and not supported to their softwares in my laptop and next day i will go to that office and their rection is different from past and i was waiting 3 hours not responding so i left there ". So Please action for in this Company immediately. Help to Unemployed Candidates.

Frauds like regus buisness centre stay there, pls guys think before u give your hard earned money to these frauds theyll ask u to give 5k for data typing job, other than that building was pretty good

I was there dor an appointment at Qvc. They dont have a parking foe people visiting the QVC in their building. However the security at the gate askd us to go to Basement 3 parking. But the security down there were very rude. They are selling the free parking spaces which are reserved for other companies at a rate of INR100 and up. The management should look into the matter. When I questioned them about the parking fee they felt threatened and askd us to leave the building or else they would lock our car if we left it parked there! I havent come across a more rude and disgusting security staff ever!

Good greeting staff at the main gate. If you take metro you need to get down at Durgam Cheruvu & walk just 10m to reach the building. Just exit the main gate is main road. Service lift is not so well maintained.

Multiple small IT companies in same multi storied building. Just adjacent to Durgam Cheruvu metro station on main road. Has lifts and security for frisking for our safety.

Nice building to work, opposite to Durgam cheveru metro station which make us ease to go to office.

It a business center.went for NBEC 2019 interviews. Well maintained and they have the policy of renting out spaces for several events depending on the need. Lot of options of place to take a quick bite, just outside the building.

For such a workspace where lot of employees are working, it would be great if some food joints are available within the premises

I know that in 7th floor there is a RANDSTAND Company, the best company for customers support services

Washrooms are not maintained properly. Lift malfunctions, gate closing button isn't working for one of the lift since last 4-5 months.

I work in this building and this is quite a huge one.the place is just good, it's situated beside durgam cheruvu metro station gate a and there are many companies in this building like johndeere, Apollo tele medicine, aths, global lite, sutisoft, reliance, rbl bank, hdfc home loan bank, hdfc ergo, And many other companies in this building, a huge one to say and a good parking facilities.and beside to this is the metro shuttle service and food beside this building is good especially the mirchi bajjis i just love them

A bit problematic with visitor parking. U can't even park outside as there is a metro station exit there. Maintenance is too good. Lifts are spacious and clean. Parking for the occupants is Excellently maintained. Very close high up market

Today interview was conducted in apollo healthcare for the job of teleservices horrible after clearing first round the hr didn't even conduct 2nd round and reject most of the people with out any conversation the educational qualification for this post is ssc inspite of meeting eligibility criteria they have rejected me and rest of dreamers

Yah, it's a well structured building established near metro station, with sufficient space for parking, and clean atmosphere with well maintained offices and washrooms.

Guards are not good there as they don't speak to people in good manner. And also if ur office is there. There will be checking every day when u enter the building. That sucks.

Security guards are worst over here.no proper security while checking person.they check only men.women are free to go with security.

It's a commercial building rented to many corporate offices such as LIC, RELIANCE, GLOBAL DATA etc.
The lifts are usually mishandled by the employees so lots of trouble in those. Parking space is too an issue.

1 bogus company are reveled their faces on here January 2019 that was kpts over 600 people are suffered.

This building has lot offices mainly insurance companies like Reliance and LIC and two banks HDFC and RBL. Recently opened Qatar visa centre. Companies like GD research are also there. As lot of people in small space it feel crowded. Findings parking always a problem. There is no garden or greenery which makes offices comfortable and pleasant. Location is advantageous as next to Durgam chevru metro station. Inorbit, pvr and many restaurants are walking distance away. Hitex tower is 1km away.

Hub for many it companies and various other sectors. Excellent infrastructure with elevators. Easy to recognize.

Rude staff. You will face the problem to enter in the building by vichel because the gate is covered by autos and cabs. And the security is not able to clear that

In this building many corporate office, software companies situated. When u entry in this building u have to register ur details in the registry and security guards are very helpful and strict, in the security check point they check ur luggage/carry bag.

Many companies operate from here but this building is not known to much of the people. So enhance the visibility of this place in maps.

Very near to Metro station, Very beautiful Building, Nice place & having no.of corporate companies offices in it, 3 lift facilities available and well maintained inside and outside the building, having parking lot for two wheels and four-wheels

Very crowded and no proper parking place for bikes too. LIC HFL office is present here. ATM is also present in the campus. First time visitors should be careful with the elevators (alternate floor stops).
