Mutton curry here took me to hospital!
No flavour in the mutton rather eat rubber!
Waste of time nd money

Need to improve the ambience and seating, it looks like a very old restaurant, there is a lot of chance to change the ambience to attract customers. Food taste is perfect no questions. Service is also fine. Easy to find the location as well. I suggest foodies to have regular food.

Nothing is good at least in this branch of Kritinga. Food, service, atmosphere - all are of bad quality. There were scratches on my car due to wrong driving by valet parking. Another car owner complained that his car gearbox was damaged. Avoid this restaurant

Comfortable price and food is also super taste especially ragi sangali and natukodi curry is awesome.

I buyed biryani's rates are high and very spicy. Office all had health issues for 2 to 3days. Chicken pieces very less and given less in family pack and for vegetable Biryani they given fried spicy biryani which I faced motion for 2days.

If you want spicy food then choose it.

One of best food for me in world I have been out of India also but here taste perfect specially "Ragi ball and natukodi chicken"

Nice food, nice atmosphere everything fine except washrooms. We expect better Washrooms in such restaurants and especially in kritunga as it's so famous.but not to our expectations. Better renovate that area.

For spicy food lovers this is the recommended place. Items should try like ragi mudda, natu kodi pulusu, pachi mirchi kodi paluo, almost all items are good. Ambience is ok ok. Bike parking available.

Authentic Andhra Cuisines, Good taste, one of the popular chains of restaurants. The staff need to learn about Services and Hospitality. Parking is extremely an issue in a small parking area in the complex.

The food is really good specially chicken and fish starters. The prices are also reasonable. The stall are very friendly. We went as group for at almost closing time but they are nice to even extend their closing timings

One star is also huge for them such a worst service.
They don't even know how to behave with customers (including manager).
Oh my god. I never see such stupid manager in my life time, when I complained him about paneer is not good he was asking me the count (assh***l), he will give only one or two pieces of paneer it seems (oh god).
If u find a insect in one piece of chicken in chicken biryani he will offer u that one piece chicken in return ().

My friend and I went to his place last weekend and it was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Most did they served was almost stale or poorly needlessly made. When we tried to give a feedback, no one was bothered at all. The servers were so confused and weird! Absolutely horrible experience, I would seriously.not recommend it!

The food quality is awesome and taste Is too good, there is no other restaurant provides the same quality of food, go for it:)

Maintenance and environment is not good. I never expected such maintenance in kritunga Restaurant, The condition of the restaurant is very bad condition. I suggest people not to prefer this Restaurant.

Just adjacent to hero electric showroom while our new bike was about to delivered we were across time for lunch, thus so been here.
Ambience looks nice and pleasant with good wall art around. Limited was time just gone with ginger chicken and pulka. Ginger chicken was flavorful and tasted very nice and was good accompaniment for pulka which is soft and light.

Waiters doesn't have manners, no waiter came to us were we waited for to long to give them order, no discipline

Worst environment, worst hygiene, staff not received properly, very irresponsible, never visit this place better to go for other option, WORST AMONG KRITUNGA BRANCHES

Manager is worst, and staff is behaving worst.food quality is worst, actually we looked for biriyani and 25 minutes have waited and they serve us the worst chicken biryani due to they have asked the table to change, but we did not. In the middle how can we change, and lastly they served biryani, with hard like stone pieces, staff are very worst, I need to report this owner but his number is not available

Kritunga is known for its spicy recepies. They have wide variety of biryanies. The service and all is good. One who wants to try different taste and style should visit it.

So small restaurant not proper washbasin not provided any finger bowl after cmplt but food is so good

I always love biryani at this branch. But, seriously dont know whag happened to them. I have ordered for chicken biryani, the pieces in the biryani smells like anything that by the the I have it. I just split it out immediately and felt like as if am eating stinky food. Worst no no more than worst response to customer as well. Never gonna go again.

Guess its one of the places in Hyderabad with their biriyanis high on spice. Recommended if you don't mind runny noses. The dishes are tasty and the crowded tables serve testament to it.

Don't go to this restaurant after 10PM. I went today and ordered biryani, they took 45min to serve and the final product is worth of 1 star

Best place to have authentic rayalseema cuisine. Better than rayalseema ruchulu (that's my personal opinion) in terms of taste and cost. Brain fry, ragi sangati and kheema biryani is a must try here.

A non vegetarian restaurent more famous for Rayala seema specialities like Ragi sankati, chicken and mutton biryani. Not for sea food. A mid range restaurent. Reasonable pricing. Good fr takeaways.

Good food, and Ragi muddha is famous here and good non veg curries and good veg food as well. I liked the egg fried rice here.

Poor maintained and half the menu is stricken which is not available at this place most of them are coming with the brand image and there is parking issue also is there.
