Food was nice and good but spicy but like that spicy. Price reasonable and quantity is good too.

Waste of time and money.no taste, high bill no proper response
Chicken is not boiled when I complained to the manager.he is most irresponsible person no proper answer.not listening worst behaviour with customer.
Better we can go with other option.

I had a very bad experience here regarding the food and service and management I asked for a keema naan and they gave me something stuffed with onions in the name of keema naan and the waiter was arguing with me when I asked about it manager was not even responding such a disgusting behaviour I’ll never recommend it please don’t go

Huge menu to choose with. All dishes are delicious. Spicy hot dishes are served.
For me personally all are fine but I don't prefer biryani here.

Please don't prefer to order food at home this restaurant not providing the same quality and quantity other branches does

Disastrous Dining Experience: Negligent Service and Abysmal Maintenance!

I recently had the misfortune of dining at Kritunga, and I must say it was a truly dreadful experience from start to finish. Not only was the service abysmal, but the lack of maintenance in this establishment was downright appalling. Let me share the excruciating details of my visit, which left me thoroughly disappointed and disgusted.

As I sat down, it took an agonizingly long time for a server to even acknowledge my presence. The staff seemed completely disinterested and unengaged, as if they were doing me a favor by serving me. When my order was finally taken, the server had the audacity to get it wrong not once, but twice! The level of incompetence displayed was beyond comprehension.

To add insult to injury, the wait for my food was agonizingly lengthy. As I glanced around the restaurant, I noticed that other diners were also experiencing significant delays in their orders. It was a clear indication of a poorly managed kitchen and an inept staff unable to handle even a moderate influx of customers.

As if the poor service and subpar food weren't enough, the restroom facilities were a whole other nightmare. The washrooms were filthy, with overflowing trash bins, broken fixtures, and a distinct odor that made it impossible to spend more than a few seconds inside. It was clear that cleanliness and maintenance were not a priority for this establishment.

The final nail in the coffin was the exorbitant prices. For the low-quality food, terrible service, and dismal ambiance, the prices were downright outrageous. It felt like an insult to my intelligence and a complete rip-off.

In conclusion, my experience at Kritunga was a complete disaster. From the neglectful service to the appalling maintenance, there was nothing redeeming about this establishment. I would strongly advise anyone considering dining here to save their time and money and seek a better option. There are countless other restaurants that offer superior service, delicious food, and a clean environment, which are far more deserving of your patronage.

Raagi mudda nattu kodi pulusu which is rayalaseema course which you would definitely love for its pure taste and aroma.

Nizam chicken biryani, it is really spicy but you will not stopping having it because of its authentic biryani flavour which you get in every inch of it

This is a horrible experience ever in my life. Really the food is low quality and if I talk about service it is really dreadfull. If I compare food quality today it is worst then my hostel or dhaba it is better than kritunga food. I attached bill for your reference. Please see into this matter deeply.

Good and hygiene food serving.seving on banana leave under ceramic plate.spicy and normal both available. Veg and nonveg both.we went family.kids enjoyed well.

We have ordered bamboo chicken which turned out to be overfried (black), mutton biryani which has only bones. Such a bad experience in this restaurant.

Worst Kritunga I ever visited 250 Rs plate chilli prawns - just 8 pcs, 250 Rs plate chicken drum sticks - 6 pcs that too even a child mouth won't be full for 1 drumstick. Not worth for money

I tasted a food in Bangalore from same restaurant and quantity also good.
Today I order a drum sticks lollipop, it's total waste of money.road side food is better than this and quantity is 100 gm.

Worst taste of biryani. We ordered family pack the packing and taste of the food is worst too spicy and quality of the chicken is very bad and very rude to customers. There is no patience to attend the customer respectively.

Food was not fresh and not good. We have ordered Prawns which was very dry, hard and I felt they just heated it in Oven and served us.

At kritunga, kukatpally branch Today i orderd for veg Manchuria, panner biryani. Manchuria was not soft, hard to eat (waste not able eat), paneer biryani was too spicy

Worst worst food, I ordered Special chicken biryani and chicken 65 on 19.12.2020 through Zomato. Food is very very spicy and not at all fresh. Chicken 65 is just a nightmare. I had worst food in my life today from Kritunga. Tried to eat, but after eating little food couldn't eat it anymore, so thrown in dustbin. Even Zomato people are useless and helpless bcs they are having tie ups with such useless restaurant like Kritunga. Don't waste your money/don't get cheated with such restaurant who cheats people with low grade food. Zomato is one useless service provider doing business with hotels which is cheating kind of.

The worst resturant and big time cheaters. I ordered for mashroom fried rice on 24 Oct 20 at 10: 30 pm the counter person took 200 rs from me and said will be delivered in 10 min.after waiting for 30 min he brought the order and closed the counter. I went home and looked at my food.it's shocking in a plane rice he put some mushroom rosted and gave me as fried rice no flavour nor taste. I was litterly cheated.never I will go to this third class resturant again

Worst experience, Worst staff. First you should train your staff how to receive customers. They entertain themselves only.

Service and hygiene is horrible. I ordered bamboo chicken which is the worst that I had in my lifetime. Chicken 65 was good and I liked it but was salty. Mutton bone soup is rather leftover mutton curry. Fry piece biryani is just okay. Loose prawn is more of pakodi and less of prawn. And the highlight is “Poori” which is nothing but papad and is stale. I asked them to replace the pooris after 15 min they came back and told me it’s not available, which means the Pooris were also leftover.

Beware of this place guys. Kritunga lost its earlier charm at Kukatpally

Chicken starters were worst.as they might have simply saute the masala with boiled chicken.just one bite.u will know the flavour is just superficial (outside periphery) and almost raw inside.
The bamboo chicken biryani is just a showpiece case.they basically stuff dum biryani inside and voila your bamboo biryani is ready.

We ordered full tangadi kabab. Cost is more (currently chicken cost is very less) but we received very tiny leg pieces. We informed manager but no use. He said OK. @ Jntu branch

1 yr back the rating was 5 star, now day by day the quality is declining, in fact they are making food is more spicy and not tasty, quality and hygiene is also not good.
But they need to revoke the old style to keep up the Brand

For spice lovers it is a heaven. But quantity is not best. Quantity is less for high price. Ambience is ok. Service is not that fast.

We ordered chicken fry and mutton family pack biryani both were excellent and the rice quality and texture was soo good.
Coming to the service the service was exceptional.

Located in the heart of kukatpally, kritunga is famous for its non veg dishes. The special non veg biryani I had here is very delicious

Mutton family pack biryani is awesome here. So spicy and full masala flavoured. A gang of 3-4 people must try this. Thanks for such a tasteful biryani

Worst experience. Quality of the cleanliness is too cheap. Getting non veg smell from glasses and spoons are not clean, they r not providing spoon also. Moreover we need to wait for the place. Less quantity of food and serving is also delay. We need to wait so long for food after we order.
