Kshatriya Foods impressed me with a delightful culinary experience. The Chicken Kathmandu stole the show with its juicy goodness, making it my top pick. The Chittimutyala Royyala Pulav, Mutton Fry Piece Biryani, and Chicken Fry Piece Biryani showcased impeccable flavors. The portions were generous, offering great value for both the price and the deliciously prepared dishes. A must-visit for those craving a satisfying and reasonably priced dining experience!

Definitely a work try place, bit on the costlier side but worth it.

Food isn't great, ordered a chicken starter with a fancy name on chefs recommendation, but when we finally tasted it it's nothing but a frozen chicken stir fried in sauces, a road side eatery can do a better chicken 65. Then ordered doopudu gorre pulav which has more of mutton liver pieces than actual meat, spice level is ok. Next is mixed non veg pulav it has more shrimp which are not deveined (the black thread running over the shrimp is not removed, tastes nasty if it's not removed). Finally on to chicken fry piece pulav which has masala overloaded and the chicken chunks are extremely salty. Very much dissatisfied with the taste of pulavs.

There is no proper veg items here and waiting time too long, there taking more time to get the food

Go for other restaurants. Worst service and food is over rated and over price. Don't ever try their pulaos. Their crew only focus on tips. Their staff filled with egoistic people.

Worst taste, all the foods served, felt like frozen food, only heated up a little the top portion rice looks hot and smoking, but the rest of the biryani or pulav inside the bowl is dead cold.

Enjoyed the food at Kshatriya, I had kathmandu chicken while having it felt like im eating some crispy pakoda didnt feel like a chicken this is how chicken is cooked, thanks to the chef.
You can find the famous godavari Artos drink, Goli Soda and for the first time i loved the andhra style biryani so called fry piece biryani as i have tasted at many andhra restaurants the biryani didnt impress me but at Kshatriya it was lovely, i will plan definitely to visit this place to taste their menu.
Overall ambience was soothing with no rush and food was served on time.

I quiet often visit this restaurant just because of quality food and hygiene but today I have lost the trust factor at this restaurant that I have order for Veg-meals and they have served the chutney's in used bowl by other guest, they are not even cleaning them just they are serving in the same bowls this was pathetic it happened with me today and not even maintaining hygiene standards.

This is one of the worst place i have been in recent times. Their menu options are unique and huge but they are not serving the fresh food at all. Taste and portion size not at all good and not even pocket friendly.

Overpriced food and pathetic service. Ordered chitti garelu with mutton curry and aviri kudumu, had to wait almost 30 min for the order to arrive. The mutton curry had 4 pieces out of which 3 were just bones. Aviri kudumu was no different from an idly but it was charged around 120 for a piece. The chutnies served were also not that great.

Poor quality of service, u need to remind them atleast twice for your order and still they miss one of your order definitely!

This place serves decent food (good quality and bad quantity), but the service and the response time literally gets to your nerves. The staff pretending to be busy all the time and won't attend the table despite calling them multiple times. Horrible experience.

Worst service ever. It took an hour to serve our food and food was cold and bland. The staff doesn’t even know the names of items being served. Not recommended at all.

Worst food ever tasted and the service is really really bad and the cost is compared with quantity is very high and only ambiance is good.and most of the items are not available in the menu.after visiting this realised that Time and money both are waste.

The ambiance was not good, the washrooms were not at all maintained, and the staff are not efficient enough. But the food was good as it says with Kakinada flavours.

After considerable good reviews around #KshatriyaFoods in Madhapur, it was on my to visit list when I find time and company. About couple of weeks back, been to this place along with Rockstar @Shareef and CexyStar @Bharath.
The place was full and we had to wait for about 20 minutes to get our seat (that too had to share table with others)
We ordered pandugappa (sea bass fish) fry, stuffed crab for the starters. Pandugappa fry was decent and very mild on flavors, they could have been generous with spices.
Stuffed crab, however, is sure their star dish. Note that this comes from a person who doesn't enjoy crab, in general. Very good in quantity and their unique preperation makes you enjoy the dish, no matter you like a crab or not.

Dupudu gorre pulav and kheema Prawns pulao was part of our mains. Waiter asked how spicy we would like to have for kheema Prawns pulao and we said as spicy as they could get to, without compromising the actual flavor. While kheema Prawns pulao was good, I must say, it was nothing special and for me, spicy venue's potlam biryani (it's basically a kheema Prawns pulao) tasted better. Also, their spice level was very mild (not just for me, but for the people on table too).
Dupudu gorre pulao basically has meat which is cooked along with skin (just as in the case of Natukodi). This would be a dish I wouldn't dare to order in my next visit. Didn't suit my palate at all. They say, its an acquired dish and not everyone would enjoy. I had friends on my table who had this meat before and was way better than this it seems. I'm no expert and had it for the first time so can't tell if it can be enjoyed by vast audience.
So, to overcome the bitterness of last dish, we ordered Gongura endu royyalu (had endu royyalu for first time) and they were good along with white rice.
For desserts, dry fruit puthareku was real good. Their sunnunda was soft and melt in mouth. Kova was dud dry and hard like peda which is generally available in sweet stores.
Their Goli sodas are refreshing to have along or after food.

Did it live upto its hype? No, atleast not in my first visit. Would like to go back again and try few more dishes.

Place is neat and well maintained. Food is really good, it will be awesome for people who is looking for traditional Andhra food

Absolutely love their biryanis. Previously there used to be late in food serving due to less staff may be, but now they are serving it fast as the staff increased.

No doubts about the taste representing a region of South and I personally have that taste palate. But wish they had consistent taste. And service could be better. On an overall it's a thing to try.

Of cooking and I eat plenty of times but even I am die hard fan of kshatriya palav.

Two stars I have given for service and the ambiance, ambiance is also not so great but somewhat different. Food is worst, we have ordered Chilli Prawns and Fish pulusu with Bagara rice. Prawns are not tender, so hard that, if you hit with those Prawns somebody, it will hurt a lot definitely. Bagara rice and Fish pulusu, you can do it better at home than here and some Hyderabadis restaurants makes lot better.

Tasty food, varities of rice's are available in veg. Starters are good and medium spicy. Non veg biryani's are is good in taste but varities are not available. Biryani lovers may not prefer, but food is good.

U should know what to order here, u shouldnt o Chinese or dum biriyani s here, few items are at their best, items like
Doopudu biriyani
Majjiga pulusu chicken
Stuffed crab
Etc

We went twice to eat chicken pullav but both the times we only got bones (neck, rib) peicesand no flesh. He told one pullav can be served for two persons but the quantity they give is only for one person and the charge is too high.

Good choice for Andhra Godavari style food, ambience was decent, service was good. Food i will rate one by out of 5.

Food tastes so great but the service speaks the other way. Service is too bad, there's no proper system to take the order and serve it. Everything happens so late and random, you'll have to say it multiple times to multiple people to get your order served.
