Kshetra Elderly Home Care is the best among the companies I have used in Hyderabad.
I have used many companies n they promise a lot however, ended up with bad experiences.
Since some years now in our Mathur Community, we have been using services from Kshetra Home Care without any problems.
Thier Home Care Helps are well behaved, trained, caring, courteous, loving. They treat the patients as their own family member.
The concerned managers n their teams are very helpful, understanding, well mannered, n provide services according to our needs.

Kshetra Assisted Living has been looking after Shyamala Sivaswami and Indira mahadevan for many years now. They take a lot of care and are very thoughtful about patients as individuals.even when Indira was at Moinabad
The really looked after her very well.the staff are pleasant, well mannered and thoughtful. They take good care of the staff and attendants who work there. They are, in my opinion a nice mixture of professionalism and care.

I have obtained services for my beloved mother at home until she breathed her last, Kshetra always provided us with attendants who were always very much service oriented, supportive n caring besides they always took responsibilities n took utmost care of the elders during our absence period, presently serving my Father in law with utmost responsibility in his palliative care, thanks a tonzzz to all those supporting us from kshetra specially the serving attendantsgod bless you all for your amazing services.

Kshetra Assisted living is a very nice place for elderly people. My father has dementia and we were looking all over Hyderabad for a facility that is clean, friendly and geared towards people suffering from dementia. When we took a tour of the Kshetra, we immediately decided this is the right place for my father. The facility is very clean, the staff is very friendly and more over every day they have activities, which is very important for people suffering from dementia. They share updates every week and also share every week the in-house doctor reports. Moreover for every festival they has some kind of special activity, which makes the people in the facility feel at home.
The management staff is very prompt in answering your questions, the helping staff is very humble and give respect to the senior citizens, The nursing faculty is also very experienced and prompt in taking to hospital if the need arises.

I highly recommend this place for senior citizens and people who have dementia parent (s).

Kshetra and Team have been looking after my grandfather of 98yrs who is a dementia patient, from last 5 years. Management and Staff at Kshetra needs to be commended for care they provide for highly vulnerable residents. Amount of care, precautions and in house treatments provided even during toughest of the times anyone faced in last few decades, during COVID years is unheard of considering the team looking after high risk aged residents with multiple health issues. I particularly want to thank Kshetra and team for providing the critical care for residents during COVID years as I live in Australia and have many stories where every single Aged Care home residents in the first world countries like Australia were unable to protect their residents.

My cousins who are Senior Doctors in states when visited Kshetra they couldn’t believe the environment, cleanliness, care and food that was being provided to the residents. "I have never seen anything like this in the States" ensured that my grandfather is safe hands.

Given my situation as I live in Australia, not once did I have to worry about the wellbeing of my grandfather as I get regular updates with weekly Physician reports, regular Neurologist onsite visiting doctor personally calls to provide updates and any medical needs that require attention are promptly organised by the team. I have never had a single complaint or situation in last 5 years that required my attention. Carers are transparent with regular updates and if any concerns and they promptly have taken care of my grandfather.

I have high regard for Pavithra's passion as I have had number of conversations before joining and regularly in touch with Pavithra and staff which is experienced through the quality of service that is being provided at Kshetra for the most vulnerable residents that anyone can imagine. It is not an easy task to manage the kind of residents the team manages, and I have not heard of any Facility that is near close as I have consulted many before deciding on Kshetra and I am more than glad and Happy to have picked Kshetra. I have heard many saying Kshetra is expensive but on personal note I attest that no place provides the kind of service Kshetra is providing, and I personally vouch on this as 5 years and ongoing has been a pleasant journey with no complaints.

I am not writing a review or recommendation for the sake of it but am sharing my personal experience and hoping this might help others in similar situations with senior citizens who require special care which many of us as families may not be able to provide for our own elders. My sincere and heartfelt thank you to Kshetra, Pavithra who at such young age taking up such high risk passionate journey in helping elders with special needs, Staff at Kshetra for who I have high regard for the care they provide to kind of residents they have to care day in day out and amount of compassion and care is not an easy task by any means and they do it very professionally. I sincerely and wholeheartedly thank everyone at Kshetra for adding extra years to my grandfather and letting him lead his older years in good health and peace under strong supervision and care.

Both my parents are at Kshetra for almost a year, we are pleased with Kshetra staff, management and their services. Especially their activities and occasional cultural celebrations, in engaging the elderly, speaks for their commitment and kindness. Regular health checks/follow ups and hygiene levels are impressive.

We are hopeful, Kshetra will keep up their service levels, and continue to excel in elderly care.

IMO, occasional family time in patients/elderly room, is recommended, to keep up their spirits.

Care taker who has served my father-in-law till he breathed his last She took good care of him & was always smiling. She never complained for anything. Thank you.

If you care about your family members, please stay away. They will lie anything to make money. Evidence (call recordings) available on request. One of the worst professional attitudes I have come across.

I called them for home care services for my father who suffered an accident and was bedridden. The point of contact, FARZANA, assured that the available caretaker is professionally trained, background verified, well-experienced, and young. The first red flag is when I met the caretaker at their office. FARZANA LIED about his age and said it was 22, when I spoke with him he said it was 25. Later after reaching home, the caretaker was unable to do literally anything. We had to instruct him on each and everything, on how to move the patient, how to bathe the patient, and how to clean the patient.

On more chatting, we realized that the caretaker was in fact a JCB operator 3 months ago. And also told us that there was no training provided to him whatsoever. Additionally, other than taking his Aadhaar card, there was no background check carried out whatsoever. Even though FARZANA and MADHURI, both lied that all their caretakers are BG checked through an agency.

Three days later when I confronted them over a call, a few minutes later FARZANA called the caretaker and yelled at him over the phone (call recorded on speaker), about why the caretaker is telling the client that he doesn't know something. She expected him to lie and do whatever the client expects, even if he doesn't know-how.

When I went to their office the same day and I confronted them, they lied even more and said they didn't understand why the caretaker would say that he was untrained. Despite which when I tried to renegotiate the engagement, as I was desperate for help, they shamelessly refused, and I terminated them immediately. I told them that I will send the boy when I reach home, but FARZANA called the caretaker repeatedly and pressured him to leave my father alone before I reached my place (my father heard the entire call). Thankfully, the caretaker was more humane than FARZANA and MADHURI. It is unforgivable that you'd risk my father's wellbeing by sending an untrained person to my house.

To start with the place is very tranquil and has a vibe. The team lives up to the expectations. They conduct various events to keep them engaged and they show personal care to each one in training to remember things, entertaining them, and taking them for a walk. They conduct regular health checkups. We are informed with weekly photos. Overall I'm very happy that I have chosen Kshetra and it looks more like a family and we can see the rehabilitation in effect.

With a hope and trust on staff we admitted our father for dementia care for a month. There is no improvement in him not even in single matter. They didn’t give my father’s observation report though asked several times. We were told psychologist and doctor visit will be there but never reported so. There no rehab facility as told. All I can see is it is good for normal old people as a care center. But they can develop it as a dementia care center by providing more psychologists n psychiatrists services as it is the need of the hour

DREADFUL! BEWARE!
money making attitude & they provide maids not caregivers. Most are not trained properly & only care for themselves or on phone or tv.farzana, shiva, madhuri, pavitra will not attend calls & if they do they will disconnect without hearing you out.
They torture like crazy at time of replacement providing only at the last minute so no over lapping of care givers & patient suffers. Also at their mercy with the lousy help they send after pocketing your money.this service needs to be BANNED
