Great place and great staff. Even if you are not happy with the results they make sure that they come back to your problem area and get it rectified.

Dr. Alekhya is the best in this domain and her support staff Shravani, Sowjanya, Srinivas and so on are also very customer friendly.

Don't trust this treatment, i am one of the victim paying 35 k for skin treatment but after completed all sections it becomes same as actual waste of money and valuable time even the positive feedback also given their own staff and if you are choosing this don't pay full amount.even the doctors also don't know about treatments only they know for customer attracting.

Came here for skin brightening and excess hair removal over lower part of my face.

Worstest of the worst experience. Firstly they’ll loot money from you. Second they will promise you one set treatment while paying money. Next they will do completely opposite of the mentioned treatment. They give false details regarding the treatment. I had gone for treatment for my sister and myself. They forced my mother to take treatment despite she being a cancer survivor, we had to go through lot of hassle to get our money. Their employees Swarna and zeesha will manipulate entire treatment chart and when will ask for details and money back Swarna will say “god is watching you and god will take care”. When tried to reach out management they will royally ignore you.

PS: I have wasted close to 30K and no improvements in my skin. In fact I have damaged my skin even more. Areas where skin needs to lighten got even darker and hair lasers treatment lightly worked. If you really choose Labelle to get your treatments atleast do not come to west mardapally branch.
