I have been with Labelle for over a year now. Can’t stop appreciating the services and people around. Their procedures are really effective and have had great results. Doctor Abhinav and Vijaya have been a total treat. Can’t recommend them more.
At first' I though they were good, I went for warts removal on my face and neck, They said it's not leave any mark on the face.but I have got all dark marks on my face its been more than a month still it's not leaving Doctors are not at all professionals Zero,
I have the worst experience of my life at labelle branch Gachibowli.
This happened in the middle of the month April. One of the staff member (latheef) had told me that i can take a trail session of treatment plan and later if i want i can cancel the plan by the end of the april.i informed her within a week that i didnt want to have that treatment plan.even during our conversation i told her 3 times i didnt want to take any decision but she insisted that i can try and if i want i cancel it later… I informed her with in a week but then she says they cannot cancel it.i talked to the concerned manager of that branch preeti, she said she will try to refund the amount if someone else takes the same plan.she said it might tqke few weeks for the process.
Its been 6months money had been deducted from my account but there is no response from their side.
I don’t understand what kind of cheating is this from the management. The person latheef forces me to take plan and she promise that i can cancel it anytime.but they deduct 38000rupees from my account and there is no refund.
Anyone who has faced similar experience can contact me so that we can find some solution from scammers like these.
Ps: This kind of scam has happened to a old customer like me where I have all the whatsapp messages regarding this issue. Imagine what they would do to a new customer.
Very cooperative and caring staff particularly staff member Vijaya Lakshmi work very hard and i am fully satisfied with her style of work and she is also caring person thanks to her.
This is of the best centers in Hyderabad (and probably in South India) to take treatments for Weight Loss or Inch Loss. The staff are very dedicated and friendly. The doctors too are very professional, yet caring. Latheef mam is so caring and very protective and taking care of our results and gently following with us everyday, and Sana mam too she will follow up everyday and marking our weight and giving proper diet to us and Sirisha is also doing therapy very well thanks to Labelle Gachiboli️️

If I had a chance, I wouldn’t even prefer to give this one star. The manager and co-manager are better off in a local market than managing this place. They show faulty results with wrong tapes in inch loss. They do not give you complete information about why they’re taking the signatures and use that against you at the time of results. I took inch loss treatment couldn’t see any visible results. In the last session, I took my own tape and found that they’re doing something fishy with the tapes to show fake results. When I said this in front of the manager, he asked that why did I sign the measurements, when I was not even told that the signature represents the confirmation of measurements. Absolutely useless people and absolutely fake stuff. I lost 5 kgs of weight even after I specifically told that I don’t want to reduce the weight but just the tummy part should be taken care of. They’re very rude and useless. Until you do the payment, they act all nice but when it’s the time of results, they’ll show their true colors

FIRSTLY FEELING HAPPY TO SHARE THIS REVIEW firstly i would like to mention the hygiene part as per present situation i felt back to not to come for treatment but because of their daily followups and motivation i decided to visit the branch for at least one session
so when i came here in the front office they checked my temperature and asked to sanitise and in the entrance door itself there were shoe covers and sanitisers which given confidence for their hygiene practices.coming to treatment they are following government norms and changed my treatment from basic to advance which helps in current situation and there were doing daily followups regarding my weight and diet and they are changing my diet periodically and for boosting my energy they are providing regular fitness sessions which helps me in maintaining weight.in this lock down i reduced 8kgs by following diet and attending fitness sessions.coming to employees i will be giving 100% satisfaction as they are doing daily followups and following PPE (personal protective equipment). They are having masks, gloves, face shield and headcap.and sanitising their hands in regularly.they are also sanitising rooms before and after using and making them to dry for 1 hour. And per day they are giving very limited appointments to avoid over crowding.this was my personal observation.and i can suggest you to go for sessions without any fear.will suggest for my friends too
This place at Gachibowli is good and if we really don't cheat them or ourselves on diet and workouts, results are really good. Mr Reddy has been good and encouraging on pushing us to reduce the weight. Looking for more association and get into a good shape soon.
