Do not recommend this place at all, especially for facials. They used to be good years ago but that is not the case anymore. They do not have professionals working here anymore, it is basically a bunch of women with minimal training. They will keep pushing more services on you telling you your skin needs this and that. Their knowledge is limited to trying to make you look "white and fair" whether you wish for it or not.

Lack of hygiene, do not change sheets on beds after facials, towels carry smell.

Besides, they charged me twice for the services by mistake and later worked it out. This would have been ok if they knew how to treat customers- no apologies were offered.

Do yourself a favour and avoid this place.

I came here after going to two different parlours and being let down and honestly it is one of my very best experiences I’ve had for my hair and skin by Sameera and Bhargavi, the comfort the service everything could not be better it was just exceptional. I got out of the Parlor happy and glowing not only because of the service i had but also because i was made felt like home by the entire staff. How Bhargawi made me smile and how Sameera took care of my hair and massage.
I’m sure after today I will no longer have to search for another Parlor.

Service was not as expected. They kept me waiting for 20 mins saying geyser is taking time to heat up the water for pedicure. And two of them were chitchatting, other two having breakfast. I wanted to spend as much as less time possible, but they kept me waiting in between every service.

I really recommend this salon to all you out there. I came here to pamper myself for my birthday and I totally had an amazing experience. Rehana was really helpful and she explained me about after care. I was taken care of really well. Facial is very relaxing and the haircut gave me a complete new look.

Worst branch. There is no option of zero star.they repeatedly call you once you visit them. I went with my friend to ask for prebridal services.later they called me everyday to ask if we were opting for it.the package they showed had 3 sessions.later they called my friend and insisted that they will complete everything in one day.when she went for services nobody attended her for so long after being given prior appointment. Later an inexperienced beautician handled all the services knowing she was doing for bride.she spoiled her skin.burned her hands while waxing.didn't even know how to do bleach properly.the owner didn't even take responsibility for the mistakes of the staff.horrible staff and owner of king koti branch.it's all owners mistake that she alloted inexperienced staff for bridal services.

I undertook a Q O D hair treatment at this Lakmé outlet. Rehana, very skillfully and with care converted my damaged and very frizzy hair into a stronger, and considerably more frizz-free version of the same. 5 thumbs up! Would recommend to girls of all hair types:) ️

I went to this salon for my prebridal services, but i am nowhere satisfied. I want to go for 2 sessions because i know my skin is very sensitive and in order to complete fast they will rush up all the steps.but they were like we will do in one day. (Complete from head to toe) Date and time was given to me by them, the time i reached there no expert was available i waited for around 30-40mins. I called them 4 times for confirmation but number was not reachable.prior only i informed them no facial hair should b removed it has to be bleached and this is my first time wax please do it softly. The answer was we are having professionals with more than 10yrs of experience, u will not even feel pain. Waxing was done horribly i was feeling so pain which i never ever felt during an injury. Underarms were oozing with blood. Fore arm and upper arm were left with first- degree burns (red, swollen, painful, dry) at many areas on legs and hands were left with patches of hair and skin on both hands was peeling.hair strands were not removed properly half were broken down in skin only. Upper lips hair at left side was bleached and right side was left unbleached which was pointed out by many in function. (All these things even they accepted wen i went after 2 days to show my skin)
She dont even knw (dont want to take name) how to do simple manicure, she dint even cut my nails properly (uneven). Waxing was very harsh, i was repeatedly saying its very hot i am feeling pain.

I am myself a Doctor and Assistant professor in a reputed college, thought that lakme is a brand and do a beautiful makeover of me but i am unable to apply proper henna also after this disaster. They charge so much compared to other salons and parlours but results are unsatisfactory.some hours are left for my marriage but still i am sitting in immense pain. I dont know about all but i must say lakme do have some unprofessional, unqualified, untrained people who are spoiling the name of lakme.

Many of my friends who were regular to this branch have opted for other branch (himayatnagar) because the services given by them are unsatisfactory. Not happy.

I am myself a person who believes in staying natural first time undergone beauty services that to at lakme resulting in only spoiling of my skin.

What a waste! A simple manicure and pedicure and these girls don't know what needs to be done. Just for namesake they rush through all the steps, without making sure its done properly or needs to be done more or less. Just blindly they go on. The attitude is just to sell more and more but not do justice to the procedure or paithe amountd. Such a waste of time and money. Will head to VLCC in Hyderguda next time. Do not waste your money here please.
