I got facial service from Rajini as well as Pedicure/Manicure from Vishnu Priya — both services were excellent and helped me relaxed a ton. Today was a day of pampering myself after a while. Additionally, the services recommended by Tina including Hair Spa treatment was on par with my expectations. Overall it was a great experience at this salon and I would be visiting this place again whenever I’m in the area.

Stylist Tina has done a complete makeover for my hair. I was reluctant to get my hair coloured but Tina convinced me that I won't regret it. I absolutely loved the new look. My hair looks shiny and healthy now.

Had a very bad experience. They close the store and give appointments. I reached the facility and called them and they say they will not open until 2 in the afternoon. If they are closed until 2 why do they have to give out appointments?

I have been going to this Salon since 14 yrs. Tina is the best hair specialist and gives the best facial treatment and hair spas. Highly recommend her and the salon for beauty care.

Had an amazing experience and felt completely Pampered. All thanks to Tina, Srujana & Vishnu. Tina was amazing with the hair and gave me a complete new look. Srujana was effortless with the pedicure and made my feet soft as a baby's. Vishnu on the otherhand was very careful with the threading since i have extremely sensitive skin. These girls really made me feel that every penny spent was totally worth it! Definitely coming back again!

They charge as they like, with their own prices, how much ever they want to charge you.
The prices in the price card are not applicable (that's what the beauticians and the manager says here)
And end of the day there's behaviour towards customer is pathetic.

Worst Parlour and worst management. Don't visit.

I always enjoy the experience here in Lakme. Especially Rani has always been so polite and addressed all my concerns and treated me and pampered me well and so has VishnuPriya does an awesome job too, I love the pedicure experience. Great job guys.

Terrible service. The technician had no idea about any haircuts which would go well with me. All she was trained was for fether and step cut which she implemented for me. Front side feather and back step. I in particular asked her to avoid step and feather but they ignored the request. By the time I realised it was too late and my hair is short so I'll just have to bear with it. No after serum applyed, they were not willing to modify they hair style as the technician had no expertise or intention. Really disappointed in Lakme on whole.

Hi all, today being to Lakme A S. Rao Nagar, had Beauty Sutra Pedicure Curated by expert Ms. Srijana Guru, really what a marvelous product and exceptionally carried out, meticulously every product was explained, kudos to her service and recommed the product to all my family and friends.

I've been visiting Lakme for over 10years now. The staff are polite and friendly, their services and products are great as well. Their prices though are on the higher side. However, you walk out feeling good.

I got a dermalogi facial by Tina.
It was very good and got a glow right after the service
She is very patient and friendly and explains everything with care and what is correct to your skin
Highly recommend her for all the services.

Dermalogica pro is too good, my bueatician Tina explained about the benefits. Thefacial has deep cleansers and mosterisers to improve your skin texture. I have been visiting lakme from past 10 years. I always come here for my hair cut and spa. Amazing service by lakme and especially my beautician Tina is wonderful. 5 star service.

Worst service. I have gone for hair smoothing they have damaged my hair.it became very dry and breaking down entirely damaged. I'm unable to comb my hair also. Again I need to visit some other salon to fix it.just for smoothing they have charged me 12500. I wasted my money time as well as damaged my hair.no one charge this much amount just for hair smoothing still I came in there words and paid. After paying this much amount also again I need to go keratin treatment for my damaged hair.if I can I wouldn't hv given that 1 star also.

Hi would like to leave a review. I had gone to a doctor for skin peel for my Wedding ceremony, after the peel off, my skin was also peeled and had horrible experience with the doctor who was knowledge less and unethical. Then I had read several good reviews about tina from lakme saloon as Rao nagar. Then decided to reach her. She saw my skin and based on her analyse she referred me a organic facial. She was so professional and humble and she would first run a test patch and then treated me with the treatment. The facial worked so miraculous ly on me entire mark was gone and my skin was in a very good condition with a natural glow to it. Then my family and me decided to hire her for my wedding makeup and for entire dress up for the occasion. I could not ask for more she is the best and most professional make up and stylish I could get it on right time. I highly recommend her for all,?
