Hii I have done my hair smoothening in shivamroad Lakme salon and I have done service with miss Priya she was done very great job

I felt I was being looted, De Tan facial, they wanted to charge separately for tan pack, when I asked, they said it’s common, Moroccan spa with no products of Moroccan, and was charged 3500₹

Lavanya is so politely with customers and she will make sure customer should be comfortable, she is good person, I totally recommended this place

Went for a haircut. Divya did an excellent job. What I liked is no excessive talking or selling other services or commenting on hair/skin etc. Thank you.

The worst saloon in the hyderabad. I went for makeup and saree draping. They are not professionals they don't know basic draping of saree and how to apply basic makeup also.

It was my first time in lakme salon and i had my hair botox treatment done. All the staff were very cooperative and professional. They gave reliable advices about the treatment and after care.my stylist was Ms Pramila with whom i am more than satisfied and my results were awesome. Thankyou?

Visited on weekend and I did not get invoice copy even when they charged GST on services. Checked on Lakme's toll free number and surprised to see that this salon is not listed with them. This is not original Lakme Franchise.

The staff seemed impressive when i went there, canvassed and convinced me for a couple of services, I wanted the hair colour done, the colour was nice the day it was applied and then within the month its all washed away.really disappointed

I had a wonderful and relaxing experience at this lakme salon shivam location They are very professional and specially the hair stylist Mamatha did awesome job in Providing hair services to me. She know what kind of hair treatment is needed for every time I visit the salon. My hair is well Maintained and she did great hair spa with good massage. I recommend everyone who wants to experience hair spa with good massage at Lakme shivam with hair stylist Mamatha.

Pathetic service, made me wait 30 min as there was only one beautician and she made cuts on my face and did not do my eyebrows properly as she was tooo bad.

I’ve started coming here twice a week for a wash and blow dry with Mamtha. She listens to what I want and is the best I’ve found in the area!

Everyone is friendly and takes great care of my needs.

I went the place of Lakme Shivam road the welcoming process was very very good and I have don pedicure and some of skin service was very good and professional and the maintenance also very hygiene and clean. My recommendation is go and enjoy the service.

The staff shabana is very good in consultation and in services I got very good experience with her.

Had been coming to this branch (Shivam road, Hyderabad) for 6-7 years, and unfortunately we had some disappointments with the service this time.

1. My mother was given an appointment for hair spa over the phone, and upon arrival we were told that the designated employee was not available.

2. We went for a hair oil treatment, and when asked we were told that the hair wash was included in the price. However, after the massage we were intimated that the hair wash is charged separately and that they had forgotten to mention it earlier.

3. The rooms are not very clean and I had to witness a mouse running across the room. It definitely did not feel hygienic.

With respect to the hair care, the staff are inexperienced compared to the previous ones that had attended to me until 2020.4. On the brighter side, the facial was very good.

Update: On arrival, the owner immediately adressed our issues. The owner owned upto the communication gap regarding the hair treatment and waived the price for the hair wash.
