Very horrible experience, burnt my face, I don't recommend this place for waxing service, very very poor service, hate it

Saloon is ok but entrance and sign boards are not properly maintained.
The saloon on first floor no lift facility is there and stairs also don't have any lights

I have done make up here for my wedding. Services are too good. Especially DEEPTHI who works here is a good beautician. She does make - up very well and very friendly with customers.

I got a hair cut and dyed it from hair stylist Dipti. She is such a sweet and amazing person and very friendly with the clients & She did a fantastic job.

I feel really satisfied and worth it.
I actually loved dipti's service from nirmal.
She is so sweet️️

3 times I got waxing in lakme, all the 3 times I got burns and dark burning rashes all over waxing done area.plz check the quality of wax ur using.
Totally disappointed andy hands got damaged after this incident.lakme means should maintain some standard s.

Good salon providing decent services, while maintaining good levels of hygiene. The environment here is quiet relaxing. Miss Anuhya who gets things done was very considerate, calm, and quiet accommodating to people' questions and request.
