We are satisfied with the services provided by the hospital, We really appreciate the treatment given by DR. Sudhir Reddy.

Doctors are really good. Problem is with the Management.

Worst management, Rude staff and without patience.patient is charged extra even though they are fully covered by insurance. No appropriate final invoice is provided.

Visited for Ortho Doctor appointment. Doctor is famous but staff is very worst in behavior. They don't even respond. Suggest a other hospital because the ground staff is not responsive and long waiting periods.

Doctors are very good,
professionals, friendly nature and more has more patience towards patients.

Buttttttt, the problem. Is with nurse and receptionist (sarcastic repsonse even for an appointment). They are very rude. They don't pass the correct information.

Sir is very experienced and have lot of patience to listen to patients carefully.
Sir took take of surgery in very disciplined manner with constant follow up and advice.

Very poor management. There is insufficient parking. And there is no value for appointments, they will make you wait for 3 to 4 hours from the actual appointment slot.

I Visited this hospital with my mom's knee replacement operation, his treatment is excellent very supporting and guiding. I really appreciate their good understanding and caring, it has a good ambience and staff are also very supportive. Mrs. Vijaya's sister is very good at treatment and nice talking with Patients. Patients can expect excellent care and treatment, as well as a comfortable and welcoming environment

Poor management. Even when you take an appointment there is no idea on when your turn would come. For the premium fee that is charged this is the least one would expect.
No change noticed after 5 months on a subsequent visit.
However treatment from Dr. K Sudhir Reddy is good. Their radiologist staff is also very good and well trained (he is the only reason why you should consider visiting here)

Ms Lavanya one of the physiotherapist is useless. She will promise the moon and you will not get any relief. Always busy on the phone and scant attention paid to the patient. She is not a doctor by the way. Avoid taking the packages she recommends. Pay on a daily basis and continue if you like after 4 to 6 sessions.

Dr. RajeevReddy done wonderful job.he is very kind and had good expertise.done large inguinal hernia.am very happy to share my review from day 2 am walking with support and5th day doing my works self.highly recommend young and energetic surgeon in the town.thank you team and especially Rishitha making everything easy with your support.

Maintainance people showing attitude to wards patience. They took nearly 8 hrs per patience to consult doctor. Reception people rude talk etc.

We have chosen land mark hospital in an opinion to get top class facility, as expected we have got best doctors in Hyderabad, best hospitality and well trained staff.

If you wanted to go for health checkup packages, avoid this place. So unorganized. You pretty much end up visiting 5 times in a day to the hosipital from sample collection to doctor's visit. Every test has different timings and processes are not streamlined and inefficient.

Excellent experience at landmark hospital. It was like a family right from the first visit. Dr. Sudhir Reddy Garu took quick action and surgically treated and completely cured the problem. It was a case of calceanal osteomyelitis (a terrible infection in the heal bone getting worse day by day.), which other hospitals/doctors didn't show any concern to the problem or the patient. By God's grace we met Dr. Sudhir Reddy garu and got excellent treatment from him and his team of doctors.helpful and understanding staff. Best wishes to him and the hospital. - M. N. LAKSHMI.

Would recommend this hospital for sure. Was operated for a fracture by Dr. Sudarshan Reddy and the pre and post op care was awesome.

Post op visited Dr Sohel for physio sessions and could see considerable change in knee movements since day1.

Overall petty impressed with the hospital and doctors alike.

Dr Sudhir Reddy of Landmark Hospital, Kukatpally, is very dedicated and highly experienced, with high patient concern. He attended my extremely infected calcaneal osteomyelitis ankle, operated and saved my leg.

As we all say Doctor is God for us. Same we flet with him. His patient ful work towards us was very happy. His friendly treatment was mind-blowing.

Appointment system should be there to avoid long waiting and crowd.specially during this pandemic.rest everything is okay but waiting time is minimum 40 mins because of no prior appointment system and because of direct walk in

Bharatiya Hospitals Ltd, known as Landmark hospital, located in the prime location. But the services offered to the public is limited. Many emergency medical services are limited.

Worst front office staff.not at all responsible, we called twice at 10am and 11 am and taken confirmation about doctor timings and started to hospital after 45 mnts drive in huge traffic and reached hospital than they are telling that doctor is not there and have to wait 1 or 2 hours, not even answering properly and talking very rude.no concern about the patient situation.

Doctor Sohel is a very good physiotherapist, from last couple of days he is coming to my home to do physiotherapy and he makes us so comfortable and confident.also does the therapy very patiently and gives enough time to do it.also supports us to do the exercise and observes so that we can do it correctly. Thanks doctor for your patience.

Please, Only visit this hospital if you have a VIP recommendation to cut the line. Because that’s what they do.

I have faced worst experience in this hospital literally we have waited
more than 4 hours but nobody responded

I called to this hospital and asked for an appointment of cardiologist they said they will inform me after an hour and after that I didn’t got any call so again I called them and asked the same still the same response “we will call u after 3: 30pm” after 4pm no call from them and I called again and asked about the appointment.the answer what I got from them is
“Sorry sir doctor won’t be able to come today as ur the only one patient that’s the reason he will come tomorrow “ so we can clearly came to know here is that all they need is more patients so that they will earn more.they won’t care the one patient who is in emergency. Better not to visit this hospital.

My father underwent bilateral total knee replacement (TKR) in 2018 in Landmark hospital by Dr. Sudhir Reddy and last month my mom also underwent bilateral TKR from same doctor. We feel the surgery was clean without any complications. My father has been doing well since then. Post-op physiotherapy was performed by Dr. Sadiq Sohel for my father and he is very good, friendly and answers all the doubt patiently. I think post-op physiotherapy is very important and it has benefited my father a lot. Dr. Sohel is doing physiotherapy for my mom also now. I would like to thank Dr. Sudhir Reddy and Dr. Sadiq Sohel for giving a good quality of life for my parents. Recommend strongly to consult for advice/ treatment.

Are you suffering with any plain? This is the best place for your cure. You can understand and read doctors prescription as doctors use very good writing with your issues and treatment. DR Arif is my doctor for back pain.

Dr. Danunjaya Rao-Spine & Neurology is the excellent Doctor. My wife had spine surgery (L5S1 Linthesis) and she is Chronic Kidney Patient the way he handled with less pain killers and less medication. No words to express his experti about treatment & Surgery.

Doctor Sohel has been a professional physiotherapist. He has been treating my grandmother from the last twenty days and she has improved a lot with his treatment. He's very friendly and patient while teaching exercises to her. He made sure that she's being able to do the exercises by herself correctly. I highly recommend Dr. Sohel for physiotherapy. MY HONEST FEEDBACK BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE.

I guess this hospital is all about making money and not patients. After getting a knee replacement surgery for my mom, Dr. Sudhir Reddy asked us to leave in less than 24 hours as the hospital is busy. I insisted that we will stay for 3 days as we couldn't risk anything after this major surgery. We felt like he was not interested to even visit the patient on a daily basis, he used to come and leave in less than 15 seconds.

Now, after getting discharged after 2 and half days post surgery, we visited back for regular check up within a week with the same doctor and I called the reception to take the appointment and they asked to drop down anytime as appointment for an already existing patient isn't required and doctor will see us immediately. Now when we visited the hospital they made us wait for almost 2 hours and I was literally after the receptionist to ask the doctor to see my mom as she was in lots of pain but DR. SUDHIR REDDY WAS LEAST INTERESTED. Guess he was more interested to see the new patients who will bring him new money and when I questioned why are we being ignored, he literally said that we can visit a new doctor outside the Landmark as he said that he will function as wishes to. He said that the 2.6 lac we paid is for surgery and he did it and he will no longer see my mom for future visits.

BOTTOM LINE: I GUESS THIS DOCTOR ONLY CARES ABOUT THE MONEY MORE THAN THE PATIENT THE WAY I SEE IT AS PER MY EXPERIENCE AND WE DESERVE BETTER DOCTORS FOR OUR COMMUNITIES.

Please think twice before you visit this place for any ailment and my best wishes to everyone.

Dr.p. Srinivas (pulmonogist) is a good doctor. He was very well known to us. He is very good with patient's.

Worst service and not punctual in time.
Not even bother to inform about delay.people waste your time.

I have never seen such a worst staff in my life. After paying the consulting fee nobody cares you. They don't even respond. Such a pathetic staff

THE STAFF REALLY WORKING HARD AT VACCINATE POINT AND ATTENDING EVERYBODY VERY PATIENTLY. REALLY GREAT STAFF.

My father went bilateral knee surgery, post Surgery, physiotherapy is handled by Dr Sohel Sir from LandMark Hospital. He is very experienced, friendly and motivates the patient during exercise. Dr Sohel Sir has given all the instructions on exercises very clearly. I can say sir is one of the best physiotherapist in city.

The covid vaccination management can be improved a lot. There's lack of clarity and direction provided. The crowd management is poor. They should follow token based system to better manage the crowd.
The little good thing is that little fresh air is available in the vaccination centre, which is in the basement.

I have Bad experience about these guys. I have vaccinated here for Dose 1 but not recorded in the cowin site. There is no response when I called so many times. No one is lifting when called Reception. Cowin site is showing second dose as first dose due to first dose is not entereding in system. I cannot get certificate and need to get certificate with another extra dose. That's risk in life for going on third dose. These kind of pathetic situation created by Land mark Hospital. This issue is faced in lot of people vaccinated in this hospital.

Good treatment in hospital specially in orthopedics treatment the doctors r very well and orthopedics assist sisters is also very good in manner and good response from them

We have admitted our uncle in this hospital after he tested positive for Covid. We realized after joining that they donot have proper equipment and specialised doctors like pulmonologist. They have one consultant pulmonologist but he was too old and he doesn't remember patients history. Because of our bad fate we lost our uncle and here comes the worst part of this review. They charged us in lakhs for entire treatment and handed over the dead body covering only with our own blanket. When we asked how can you handover covid body dead body without packing they said they usually does this for all the covid positive dead bodies. I recommend you not going this hospital and even in emergency if you join this hospital better get shifted to other hospital after primary treatment.

Got Dr Sudheer Reddy PAs number from reception to get information on Knee replacement sugary package and discounts if any, she don’t know how to speak to patients, showing pathetic and unprofessional behaviour towards patients, no proper response, not at all caring about patients concerns. Dr Sudheer Reddy might be a great doctor but his PAs behaviour may ruin his reputation.

I had been to the paediatric department.
Paediatric is very best. Nurses are excellent, any mother could happily entrust her child to them. Doctor Pradeep Kumar is a saviour and takes every opportunity to cure the baby with the less medication and with patience.
Land mark as on whole is reasonably well maintained.

My mother got her knee replacement surgery by Dr. Sudhir Reddy. She was treated very well. Post that Dr. Sohel has given physiotherapy and also suggested exercise which she can do herself and knee bending. He is very helping and his suggestions gave good results. Overall my experience was satisfied with the services provided by Dr. Sudhir and Dr. Sohel. Thanks both of you and Landmark Hospitals for providing nice treatment.

Lack of responsibility.

X-Ray has taken on 10/17. They asked us to collect the report on 10/18 at 2 PM but didn’t get positive response. One of the representative Latha said that she gonna WhatsApp the report on 10/19 at 2 PM but didn’t get positive response. So visited the hospital again today. At last they have provided the x-ray report.

Responsibility need to be improved.
