I am first time L & M user & its a well known optical & eyewear retailer in India. Though all the soft skills of the shop handler was great. It was a big let down in finishing of the lenses as per the specifications provided & agreed. Very poor finishing of the lenses. Let me tell you these lenses are not cheap at all & it costs many times more than the frames.
My order was handled by a gentleman named Rakesh & he really took the charge & understood where the things went wrong & agreed to replace the lenses. Though i was charged a little extra on my will to upgrade the quality of lenses from the previous ones.
A full marks to the service recovery & i guess thats sign of great brand like Lawrence & Mayo. And the way Rakesh handled the whole situation it brings me a little closer to L & M as an optical user.
I request the entire team of Lawrence & Mayo to be on top of the work as they have a big legacy in the optical industry & a mountain big customer expectations to live upon. I would like to thank Rakesh for his understanding & doing everything required.
