I visited Lawrence & Mayo a couple of months back for my Progressive Glasses. Earlier on many occasions I got my Progressive glasses from other Opticians in the city and was never comfortable with those glasses. However here at L&M, Optometrist Sneha took the readings & explained in detail the reason for my discomfort on earlier occasions. I was convinced and am extremely happy with the quality of service I recd. Thank you Sneha & team

I had exceptional service including a free replacement of my lenses after my power was noted to be marginally different within a few weeks of having a pair of spectacles made there.
Special mention to Naresh and his colleagues, who were courteous and professional.
Only slight drawback is the limited variety given the size of the store which is understandable.

A very pleasant and professional experience when I went to the Jubilee Hills outlet to replace my progressive lenses which I obtained abroad and were broken. Naresh attended to me very patiently and explained the various options I could choose from and gave a professional opinion as to the best option for me. The testing services are first rate with modern equipment used. Further when there was an issue from the lens provider to complete my order, Lawrence and Mayo was able to get me a superior option from the vendor at no additional cost. Really great.

As I broke my existing pair of progressive glasses. It was my first experience visiting L&M and It turned out to be a very pleasant outing. The staff (Sowmya & Harsha) were very courteous, cordial and very patient addressing queries. Made a P. O. & was estimated delivery by 30dec2020. As promised it was delivered timely. The staff (Mr. Naresh) had taken an extra step to deliver it at my doorstep due to some technical glitch. Appreciable work as it earned my respect given the distance of store, as it saved me travelling woes. Genuine products of different brands are available. But the prices don't make sense for the generic customers to even high price baggers. The model collection has all the varieties but the start note itself is too high to grab on. There could be far more chances you might end up get what you are looking for on a different store. Well, don't take chances, you can visit if there is a deal on them.

Utterly worst services I went to the store on 6-03-2019 for the service of my lawrence and mayo spectacles the store staff made scratchs on the lence and the lense is being damaged by them, and they are asking 1200 to replace lence. Lawrence and Mayo company name is being runied by this store and. Don't ever go to this store.

Don't go to this store, I visited this store on 7-March-2019, to fix issues related to the frame. But these store people simply damaged (scratchs) the left lense, when I ask the same they not even listening and asking to pay 2k to fix that left lense, even though they did damage to the lense. Worst servise ever seen in my life. This store simply ruining reputation of Lawrence and Mayo. I suggest the people to don't go to this store unless if you don't care about your money.
