Lejeune Medspa met my expectations. I tried their laser hair removal service, and I am happy with the results. The process was not that painful, and the staff made sure I was comfortable.

I paid 20k for one session of laser and then wanted to get a package because 20k doesn’t justify one starter laser session, after i took the package, they tell me the next session cannot be done because the laser is not available anymore and asked me if i can come to bangalore…i felt cheated despite being someone that spends heavily on skincare, 20k for one laser session is too much…the same for dermamelan home kit, it was initially 18k then suddenly 25 k and during the pandemic they charged 35k for home kit, whereas the actual supplier for india told me they didn’t raise the price to 35k…i love the doctor, she is nice and brings latest treatments but the front desk and the horrible price variations and unjustifiable charges on simple treatments makes you feel low the moment you get something done

I have undergone chemical peel and PRP treatment. It was excellent. Staff are very good and I liked this place a lot.

Manager is horrible, no hospitality, She is rude and verbally abusive.
