Excellent guidance, support and courteous service by all staff especially by Mr. Tharun sales executive and Neeraj the store manager. I am physically challenged person they supported me in my movements like my family members. Malitha, the opthomologist patiently tested and cleared all my doubts. I suggest lenskart management to provide a wheelchair in its stores which will be beneficial to people like me and also senior citizens.

Poor service. No idea about their own products. They told they will fit the lens into the spectacles and now they are telling me to go to koti to get it fixed. In the mean while they damaged lens (created an air space) trying to force fit lens into spectacles.
If this is the case why should I buy with you, I will buy the specs directly from local shops.
Don't try their service, it's non existent.

Store doesn't pick up and answer the calls. Store says that they will loose 15 mins if they take one call.

Got my eye check up done. The staff are very cooperative. The eye test was done very professionally and explained well for using spectacles. Recommend lenskart.

Ordered spectacles online and received a defect piece. Approached the store for rectification and response is worst. Their spectacles are never upto the mark. Their "one plus one" offer is just to sell their low grade stuff at an extremely inflated prices.

Ordered two sets of spectacles for wife under the 'Buy one Get one free' offer. There are two brands of frames in this shop. The frames of John Jacobs are charged while another set of frames from Vincent Crase are free. Only the lenses are charged. The optometrist salesmen in this shop are well trained and know their job well. It is possible to get your eyesight checked only if you are between 18 to 60.

Had the best experience of choosing the specs! They have a good variety and the making of the specs is sooo good

Went to get my eye sight checked up. Optometrist Sai was very good in his job. Has lots of patience and Sales man Pawan was good in his job. The store manager was quite helpful. Will go back to get my glasses done and will leave further feedback. So far I am very happy with their services.

The staff in the store is pathetic. They don't respect the customers. They treat the customers as if they are doing a favour by billing or showing the products or even the eye check up.this is my 3rd visit to the store and it's always the same
