Worst experience ever with this store, Compared To other stores this store service is worst, They have said that my spects wil come by Friday, Til now I have not received them to store address, Delivery person is calling me and warning me to take from Alwal store, I have kept delivery for adikmet store why I wil take from Alwal store,

I like the way they received and they shared good knowledge of spectacles with good help and optometrist eekshitha is to good in eye test and she explains very well and so helpful sale's Supriya is so good in lens explains so thankful to me thank you so much

Nice service and optometrists is good and very good explanation about eye power but price is to high in frames but services too good and AC are not working i like the staff and they explanation

The service really great, the staff always shows the ownership, nice feeling they really know the customer what wants and need, accordingly they serve, i found the prices high but management needs do on it, so many varieties, so many discounts, features advantages may under the lightning development in lenskart, really amazing technology they use, but some counterparts are regularly changing the location of this shop, you can easily find out, you can find the shop opposite to the SBI, AND EXACTLY OPPOSITE 5O THE ICICI ATM. VIDYANAGAR.
Better visit all the best. I compared with other shops and technology but these people.are fair enough.

The place is maintained very well and the staff here is very prompt and friendly.
The wait time generally is 15-20 minutes incase of any repair for the spectacles

I have been a lenskart customer since 2015. But this particular store is very bad. The people seem to lack the care they need to give to a customer. They sold me worn out glasses for 4000₹ on 22nd of November and they aren't even concerned about it. And when I went to return it the next day (23rd) they said refund will be initiated within 24 hrs. And it's been a week and still nothing. This is very bad store. I suggest people who want to come here to try other store but here!

Can we sell our old spectacles & buy new one with additional amount wherever incurred in. Since the old spects can be refurbished. And seperate window can be alloted for refurbished items. In this way, source, time, material can be utilized. As well as some customers who can't be able to afford can avail this opportunity to buy refurbished spects... Management can think a blink on this so as bring sight to the needy. Tq

Brand name. In fact the staff are simply kids.

The experience with lenskart is far below vision express or Titan eye. It is disgusting and not satisfied.

You hardly find any staff.just one technician trying to manage everything. No one to help or test the eye power.
