Tulasi Manager received very politely and I regularly visit lenskart begumept store for buying spects. They always receives customers very politely and service is outstanding as every time.

Salesman is not even caring customers.they are always busy with phone.they are selling different products frm lenskart asking to take it. Don't go there it's all fake products.

Fantastic store. They guided me with my purchase and answered all of my questions. I now got two shiny pairs of glasses with a new prescription, wonderfully handled by Optometrist Jyoti ma'am. Thank you Lenskart.

Staff is friendly and co operative.i had specs which are out from lenskart but they gave me free service.

Once the item is delivered they have not even bothered to provide a valid invoice and have asked me to download the same from the App which is the worst app ever use my me. Totally zero Customer care that too with huge price

Waste and worst service i ordered 2 spectacles on 10th October, they said the product will receive on 14th, today the date is 8th november, 2days to complete 1 month. Untill today i not received my refund, Everytime i calling they say refund will done in 3-4days. 1months completed same dialogue listing up to now

I purchased @johnjacobs spetcs it's copy brand just 4 months used it's break down totally bad quality.

Have been coming here for about last 3 years.excellent service and attention to details by the staff, very helpful and courteous. The frames and lenses are excellent value for money and of the best quality. If any niggling issues remain, the staff take extra effort to get them resolved ASAP.

The staff is neither supporting nor cooperative. They act busy even though the store is empty. I had to tell my membership details twice to two different staffs. Also, I requested for eye check up at the entry of the store and was advised to select frame first, once selected was told problem in electricity so sorry for eye checkup. I was surprised to listen from them that there's a power fluctuation since two days. The same could have been expressed initially.

I went to purchase my eye glasses. Store is following all the safety precautions and Sandhya Rani received me very well and she offered me for an eye checkup. She has done thorough eye checkup for almost 15 minutes. I felt very comfortable in the store. Sandhya explained me each and everything about the product. She has a great knowledge about the product. I highly recommend this place, customer service is really great. My niece stepped on my glasses and one side of the frame has got bent. Mr.sai Kumar in the store has helped me fix it.

Even though I’m not looking for another set of glasses I’m going to buy another pair from them just because of their service.

I was at begumpet store to change my glasses with my friend who had an issue with the product. With lenskart's so called store manager behaviour, I was like no to lenskart anymore. Kudos to your articulation to be on safe side rather than being guilty. I wish folks are trained to attract customers and understand how bad mouth affects business.

The staff especially termed himself as Begumpet Branch manager is very rude and unprofessional, they doesn’t even have any basic ethics and standards to talk with customer while it is coming to Warranty part, They wanted to blame us and divert the things in different way even though if it is a manufacturing Defect too, At the time of sales part they will talk very sweet and give unnecessary promises for their sales,

First of all, please update your location. As per maps it shows somewhere behind lifestyle, whereas the actual location is on main road. We had to search for it for almost an hour. Also your phone number doesn't work, better update that too.

Small collection, untrained staff. They first gave me a pair of specs that was damaged, we had to visit 2 times for exchange. Then when I tried using the refund amount, the staff refused. They only agreed to let me use it when I insisted and argued.
