Lenskart.com at Financial District, Hyderabad

Dont visit this (financial dist.) store on weekends as they dont have staff in the store to serve customers. I was there on sat to order contact lenses but the staff barely cares about it. He needs training on customer service. Even if there was only 1 staff for billing but he should have been polite. Lenskart charges you heavily but their service is poor.

The frames were cool and the staff were very friendly. They helped us with selecting the frame and also helped for finding out the frame size. They were very helpful. Had wonderful experience.
Mr.shiva was very pleasant and showed me different frames which were really cool and good looking

There's a good variety of designs in frames and you're sure to find one you'll like. I bought two frames. The employee working there also seems to be very knowledgeable about what he's going and is very polite to customers and helping them out with different offers that they can avail.
Overall good store for lenskart customers.

This is the first time I have visited lenskart store.its new store.the collection is very good. Service is excellent.optometrist name Dr. Usha she explained each and ever query regarding my eye test very clearly.and the spectical also delivered very quick.i am totally satisfied.one of the best store.

Hey everyone, I can always vouch for the service Lenskart provides everytime. This time I visited their Financial District branch for getting my eye test done and getting a new pair of specs.
They provided me an amazing service by getting my proper eye test done. Not just that, I got honest suggestions from Ms. Usha who did my eye test and also helped me in understanding and choosing the right glasses.

Great experience with the store. Service is very good. It's a new store, but good collection and takes well care of sanitization needed. Neel from store helped us also get a replacement for one of the spec, that was not upto the mark, while original store, from where we got it, didn't help. They try their best to help out.

I visited this showroom for buying my friend Specs. Now I share my visited experience, customer services too good and eye test is free. My friend testing eyes by a Dr. Madam, she also too good then I buy one specs and my friend buy one and area too good and showroom totally hygiene and maintain too good.
