art online, the person who was there I mean the manager or someone she thought I stoled it from the store that is too funny. I just went there to try some new frames.

Personally, I'm not the one who pens reviews. But, I had visited store on 28th March, around 5: 00 pm with my husband as he wanted anti glare for himself. The store was empty and only 1 customer including us. There were 2 representatives at the store and both of them were busy with their own things. Was wondering why are they being paid.

Worst experience. The staff is soo rude that they don't even think twice of what they are speaking with the customer. I waited almost 45 mins just to initiate my order. No one is professional with their work for every 5 mins the staff gets transferred to new customer and the old customer have to wait until they come back. Poor customer satisfaction

Its was an Amazing experience, i liked the productivity with customer service & taking responsibilties for the products & services.

Not only do they not have accessories that were supplied by them during the original purchase the staff is very rude and not at all helpful.

I purchased many glasses in this store today I went to purchase one more but store boy is not cooperative I called store manager I dont know his name may be jawhar he said he will take care and he will call back but he didn't, I think this store people didn't want customers.

I took 2 glasses in that 1 got alignment issue it took 3 days to solve the issue. I’m staying at uppal for the traveling only 3000 for transport. Worst place no one will response for the store calls.worst place and worst service. I never expect these kind of service. Hello Lenskart Team and Customers, I reside at Kondapur, Nearest Lenskart branches for me are Madhapur, Kondapur and JNTU. I'm a gold member from 3 years. I was purchasing frames every year, But when I have issues with the frame like breaks at hinges or any other services. I did not get a good response from any if the 3 branches.
Now I would like to take time appreciating the Jubilee Hills store, it's just because of Janaki Ram from this branch. I would like to thank Ram for his dedicated service. He took time for me to check my lens power at the store. I gave him 4 pairs of my eyewear. There are few adjustments. Other store guys was just passing my time but Ram informed me it will be done and will be delivered the following day. I was so happy with his response. My membership was about to complete by 27th Aug. I was in a dilemma whether to renew or not, but with his response and service I renewd my gold membership. Thanks a lot Ram, Once again. Wish you take the pride of Lenskart to next level.

No After Sales Services and you have to follow up for every little thing but all in vain. Rather visit other stores.

The store manager, mr. Burhan, was very helpful and provided great services. Highly recommended.

The way optometrist Razi treated me is Excellent. He has lots of patience to show me many varieties of spectacles and explain about lenses. He helped me to buy best frames which gave me amazing new look.

Went to their Jubilee Hills Store and got 2 eyeglasses made with transition and progressive lenses. Praveen (the resident optometrist) was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and was able to match my requirements exactly without pressurising me to buy stuff I don’t need or want. I appreciated that a lot!

I am satisfied with my purchase and the service I received. Praveen also made sure I got my glasses in a timely manner since I was heading out of the country and needed it within 4 days.

All in all - a 5 star experience. Will recommend this place and Praveen to anyone!

Staff misleads a lot, promise products and discounts that they don't have, and then are rude when questioned. Avoid at all costs.
