I had an excellent experience at Lenskart! The staff (Aarthi & Vishnu) was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me to find the perfect pair of glasses. The store had a wide variety of stylish frames to choose from, and the prescription lenses were top-notch. I left feeling satisfied and would definitely recommend Lenskart to anyone in need of eyewear.

Bought sunglasses a month ago. Used less than 5-7 times. They broke without any physical pressure or damage. Now I visit Lenskart store only to see my return requests getting rejected twice, They sell pathetic quality products labelling them premium. When you need assistance, Lenskart won't reply to you when needed.
Not a very customer friendly store. They are only good to you until you place an order. They assured me that I can collect it before the time it shows on the site but when I called to check if I can collect their response was pathetic.
The store looks decent and sales executive person behaviour is very professional and polite. Manoj first heard about my requirements and then showed the required appropriate specks.
I had visited kalasiguda branch. (Parklane) Very good, genuine and decent staff. There were 2guys Naresha and I'm not sure about the other guy's name. If on not wrong Rahul. Both of them were very patient and approachable. I had taken my mom to purchase 2 pairs of glasses. They were helpful beyond what we expected. My mom was quite happy. Such people make customers satisfied and happy. We would like to come again if we have such good staff in store. Thank you very much.
When we go they recive in good way and free eye checkup and especially the saloni that name of girl was nyc talking skills and good received and total frams and all are available i like it
I was just surfing through the web in the lockdown for sunglasses and came across Lenskart and added a few models to my favourites. As soon as the lockdown ended, I drove to the store, showed the staff the models and only 1 model was available. I subscribed to their gold membership for just Rs. 300, paid some Rs. 1400 odd in the store (including gold), took home one wayfarer [Product ID: 123887] and they told me they can deliver any of my favourites to my home so I chose to order one oversized golden flamboyant sunglasses [136574].
The experience in the store was decent and the staff was very responsive. Since I went to the store after the lockdown, they asked to wear polythene gloves and asked me to put all the sunglasses that I've tried into a special box, which, most probably, they'll sanitise and then place it for display.
Once I decided on what to buy, the staff cleaned it thoroughly and delivered it to me in a not-so-sturdy case and that's it for the store. Here's the best part. I received them after a week and I didn't like the way they looked on me so I drove again to the store and told them I wanted to exchange the sunglasses. The staff remembered me and politely agreed to exchange the product so I've dropped off that piece and picked another one (137013) and took it home in just under 5 minutes! So, my experience with Lenskart sunglasses is impeccable and since their products are very reasonably priced keeping in mind that all their sunglasses lenses are UV protected and polarised, I would be a frequent customer of Lenskart.
The cherry on top is that they're made in India, so I would suggest anyone intending to buy sunglasses to give Lenskart a shot and you won't be disappointed.
