I have visited the Lenskart store in kukatpally and faced very embarassing moment.
Staff were so inpatient and was getting angry when asking for more information.
I asked him to call store manager, but manager did not even come to check what was the concern. Very bad experience and sure will not suggest anyone to go kuaktpally

If you order any new specs, they give you within the timelines, also the staff especially Mr. Sagar ensures that customers are taken care of alongwith their queries. One week back i ordered eye frame with lens and after 2days back your team hand over my order frame but ur team given display frame and its tottaly loose. And my quation is why ur team given old frame to me its very nonsense.and frame lens glass also not properly fixed.

We have visited Kukatpally branch for lenses for me n my wife and staff were very courteous. I should specially mention about Ms. Pavitra, Opthamologist, who not only tested our eyes but also suggested proper glasses for us. She was very active n followed up with us for the fitting. Really good service n ensured we were happy with the glasses n fitting. Thanks Pavitra.

I came into the store wanting to buy 3 frames and was willing to spend over 25k but the sales people were so arrogant. They did not even bother responding to my questions and instead were joking among themselves looking at a laptop screen.

Loved the place. Great hospitality from the people and lovely frames of multiple companies.

They only need sales no support after sale. They even dont have the thread to fix the glasses.within 3 months the glassed cameout the frame. When I went for service they are saying they dont even have the basic thread to fix it. Never go for lenskart

Also due to their store managers rough handling of glasses i have got scratches on them. Not at all they solved the problem instead damaged my lenses also. He was roughly sliding it over the table and laptop. Completely irresponsible behaviour.

Staff is not helping in identifying the right frame for kids. They just standing watching their phones. Not a good place for your purchase

The technician who checked the eye power is not at all professional and the eye power results are not accurate better to avoid it if u want spectacles with exact power of your eyes it's not fulfilling the basic need of spectacles with correct eye power for proper vision.worst experience with lenskart first improve your testing mechanism then focus on your deceiving offers.

This place is very near to JNTU College and providing multiple frames and lenses in different companies. Also, they are provided free Eye check up.

Everyone at the store were really helpful and patient. I have been here almost 5 times and they have always helped me choose the right pair of glasses without any hassle. Kudos to their whole team. Mr. Naveen was very kind and helped throughout the process. Usually it's quite busy on weekends so to avoid the crowd try going on a weekday.

This is by far the worst Lenskart store u will ever come across. Not even 7 days, the spects which bought are of cheapest of Lense quality and popped out of frame, the 2nd glasses are already received with scratch and defective. Upon reporting to the store they adviced me to take a refund but cannot guarantee for repair and fair replacement. Offering refund is so easy for this store, but what about the 5 days of time wasted behind your product? Entire staff is untrained. Kindly do not go to this store, since no one is responsible and no one is professional.

Pathetic response from staff. Initially when I selected a frame it was fit perfectly. After they inserted glass the legs got widened & they told its common when glasses are inserted. When forced them, they fixed it temporarily & the issue kept on continuing. After 10 months of purchase, I have visited them after a leg of my frame got separated. They told its not possible & need machinery for it. Left home spent 5 mins & got it fixed my self. That’s the kind of response we get from them.

It located beside the ICICI bank. Lenskart this store has more staff with cooperative and friendly, they help with each and every thing which you requested there. Usually it takes 5 min for eye checkup. You can try wide variety of specks and you can select it by trying it that's the best part over hear.

Good choice and quality products. Went for eye-test and buying reading glasses. Only negative today was, even with 10 staff members and 4 customers, they made me wait nearly 10 minutes for the eye-test. There was no store manager to control the staff. Cash and Card payment accepted. I did not see any QR code displayed for mobile payments. No parking.

Worst staff fooling people around. These people are the worst who don't even know how to talk and know customer requirements and trying to grab more money from customer. Don't buy membership guys. They are just fooling you for money
