This is the worst lenskart store i ever visited. Its been 14 days i didn’t received the product and also didn’t got refund and no one in store have knowledge why the order has been cancelled. Plz don’t visit the store its my advice

I had the worst experience because of the manager at this branch. She was straight up ignoring us and when she did listen, all she had to say was "we don't take returns" when I was clearly asking just for an exchange and not for a return, as we were eligible for an exchange till 20th sept, 2022.

Later after calling the lenskart customer service another employee did help us out and we really liked his service.

But even till the end, being the manager she was very bad at her job. She should really work on her customer service skills.

I had Worst experience and I almost spend 20k for buying glasses. However whenever I go for repair they say technician is not available. I realised Titaneyeplus is far better than lenskart.

Customer Oriented staff! Mr Shafi suggested me some good pair of sunglasses fits me perfectly and I got my dad tested for vision and he was satisfied too. Also, entire staff has good knowledge regarding contact lenses, powers and frames.

Absolutely worst experience ever! I had given order for 3 pairs of spectacles. Of these, 2 were brand new frames and 1 was just a change in lens for my old frame. I was told that in 3 days I will get the delivery. Apparently I had to only follow up to get the first 2 pairs. The 3rd one took longer time and the work done is sub standard. I had asked them to change the small screws in the side and tighten the frame which is not done. And the kind of responses I get is really really bad. No customer centric attitude at all. Don’t get cheated by these guys. Instead go to some local shops where you may end up getting a better service

Store is located at a prime location. While there is no parking in front of the shop, there is enough space in its vicinity. They have a large collection of glasses and overall layout of the store is very appealing.

However, their staff is absolutely indifferent to customers. We walked in and no one even steps forward to ask what we need. There were 3 or 4 staff members when we visited. None of them cared a damn about customers. Their attitude was like "go find what you need, dont waste my time". One staff member had a brief discussion. After waiting 20 minutes, we simply walked out. Probably they get good business either due to Lenskart brand and/or the store location. Hence the lacklustre attitude of the staff in store.

In the begging they haven't informed about insurance but now they are asking about I even don't know that spects also have insurance. They are not even responding properly by the appearance they are treating the people what the hell if I would have zero start I will definitely go for that. Worst service ever.

Before visiting this store i had visited 2 stores. And i didn't got the right sunglasses for me. I really thank for esmial for helping my friend in exchange of spectacles. And i specially thank Arthiya so much for selecting me the matt hexagonal. Me and my friend are happy shopping @ lenskart madeenaguda.
