Do you provide paid repair service for the glasses which are not purchased from flip kart?

Is there any reason to get the spectacle on this 10 rupees dabba why not a better box? Is it because of price constraints? Last time I ordered a hustler I got the same dabba so I returned that again in this faltu dabba.

Booked an eye test slot today. When reached there they mentioned that it may take an hour since many people are already waiting for the test to be done. There may be a small delay that could be fine. But 45mins to an hour would be too much. I was disappointed with how they manage the slots. Maybe they could improve on it and will update my review in the future.

It was great effort made by the employee at store for customers better experience.

I had a bad experience with the team I came for a eye test they mentioned me like we not have person to do and also they mentioned like store closes at @8 pm
In that case how can they give me mesage like I can visit from 6 to 9

I have found Latest and nice collections at this branch and staff was very patient in understanding our needs and delivering right product. Thanks to Mr. Shubam, he helped us save a lot in billing.

It is one of the biggest lens kart showroom in Hyderabad where you can get eye checkup as well before purchasing any of their product

The staff member that i spoke with was not interested in his job of answering customers questions. He was getting irritated when we ask questions about the product.

I felt unwelcomed to the store and left without making any purchase.

The staff is unaware of suitable frames for high power lens, transition lens and other details regarding the glasses. Just wasted my time: (

Make sure you book appointment before you visit here. Optician is available only at specific duration. I think from 12 noon to 8 pm. Also make sure not to visit after 7-8 pm as it's crowded this time.

Update: Changing my review and giving 3 stars as manager personally called me up and assured to resolve this. Thanks.

Customer service there is worst. The woman in the store has no patience I was enquiring about a product she is not at all interested.she is too arrogant.
