Bad customer service. Apparently they need a technician to tighten a screw which was loose in my specs. And technicians are not available on Saturday and Sunday. Asked me to come on Monday. Anyone who wears specs knows how important it is to them. It’s like a part of our body.

Staff were patient, knowledgeable but customisation should be available for good customer satisfaction

No value for customer's time.
We visited the Malkajgiri store today around 3.15pm for a eye test and also wanted to purchase lens and frame accordingly. The person at the counter said we have to wait for 15 mins for the eye test. First I thought maybe they are performing the test for some other customer and hence I agreed to wait. Sometime later we were told that the optician is having lunch and asked us to wait. We were the only customers at the store at that time. We waited for 30 mins but still the optician was not available. Disappointed with this treatment, while we walked out of the store nobody bothered to talk to us as well. Extremely dissatisfied with this approach.

Liked the attitude of lenskart employees. A employee named Radhika was very very patient and tested my eyes on machine and aksi manually using multiple combination of lenses and suggested me what type of frames/glasses I need to use. Good customer service.

Pros - Paitient Service, wide range of collections

Don't visit this store, Staff are very rude & loud, there are not interested in selling the glasses, instead there argue with the customer and think there are behaving professional but infact it's very disrespectful behavior, especially the North Indian guy in the store he is not fit for sales job.

Had really bad experience with the employee over there he must be north Indian very dominating with coworker, dint even behaved politely.

Staffs are really helpful, they are really customer centric, service is good, and they let you try and help you to finalize the best frame. Renuka is the best ophthalmologist in this branch. She assisted me in trying out my very first contact lenses, she was very calm and supportive.

I visited this store and there were many customers waiting for eye testing as well as to get new glasses but there were only 2 members from the staff who were handling the store. Really appreciate the way they handled so many customers with politeness. Specially Subhojit who helped finding right pair of glasses for me. I do appreciate your efforts for working in these tough times. Lenskart please take care of the internet connection inside store because I have seen how the staff was struggling to place orders as they were facing Internet issue.

Worst experience I faced with staff they are not even bothered about customer to buy thing's in store. Please ask them to change their trait atleast in a way to buy the products in malkajgiri other than preferring next lenskart store.

The staff doesn't want you to buy from their store. They're always disinterested.

When I visited the store at 9 pm the first day, the manager said the optician had left for the day and asked me to come again the next day before 8.

Today when I visited at 730 PM and the guy asked me to come before 7pm tomorrow. While I understand that you have online consultancy for eye checkup, I would like to have my eye checked up at a regular store. Can you stop being lazy bugs and behave like professionals?

Never ever go to this store. The staff here don’t know why they are working just they are coming and doing chit chat and eating, poor knowledge on products the staff itself saying don’t buy in Lenskart.

Very decent staff Subhojith have good knowledge about Products. Helped me getting rite glasses.

Online support wasn't satisfactory and complicated things. Had to go to store inorder to solve my issues. Store staff were fine and responsible. Issue did get resolve when I went to the store. Expected more professionalism from Lenskart (online support)

Thr Aviator spects which i bought are really good looking and have taken blue light blocker which reduces strain on eye while using laptop/Mobile

I have took tokai lutina lenses 1.74 high index and john jacobs frame. Frame fitting was not up to the mark and lenses which i have received was cheap china quality (no brand watermark on it). After one month of usage i have started facing 3 problems. Eye dryness/paining. Blurryness due to eye dryness. While bike driving automatically eye vision gets cloudy. Lost 14k on it (2 spectacles). Never ever visit lenskart. Better visit any local shop where you can get n numbers of lens brands. When i went for eyecheckup in top rated hospitals doctors suggested me to change lenses immediately as it will effect my eyes due to this stupid china quality lenses.

Visited the store many times and had eye examination for me and my friends had a geart experience, many models and friendly staff.
