Yesterday I had very bad experience with the female staff working at manikonda lenskart, I asked her to tighten the frame as it is falling down but she went in came back and said she can adjust only that much and responded very recklessly, when we asked her already last time one staff has adjusted and then she went to other staff and clarified and he responded saying that the technician who work on 3 piece is not available she would have said the same before but instead she said it is not possible, it was highly
disappointment, if she can't do it before talking to customer she has to confirm and then reply to the customer.

I had an amazing experience with the Optometrist Ariba who done my eyetest very nicely, she answers all my queries, she is an asset to the lenskart store.keep it up

Good and perfect place except for eyes sight checking sometimes it's not accurate otherwise everything is perfect the specs, the making, premium specs at low cost.thankyou to the people in there, they help us out carefully with patience and perfection.

Extremely disappointed. Low grade staff with almost very low grade frames. The local lens shop in your nearby home will be far better. They will at least give you respect and post purchase support. I did go to the local shop who not only treated me well but also gave the spects done in 4 hrs. The problem with the staff here is, they are extremely arrogant and not even bothered to understand the need of the offline customer. Only due to the brand name, it is there. Otherwise no one would have gone there. Anyways, the most important thing is, they don't have any range of frames and it's a waste of time to go there. The staff behaviour is as if they were not paid salaries for years)

Good service. Amazing optometrist Esak. He is very knowledgeable and has good behavior along with skills.

Everything is fine. Important things lens are what they mentioned during purchase. Selfy friendly and Anti reflection and all. When I received the order all light reflecting in lenses.

It was the worst experience at Lenskart Mannikonda. The staff were terrible. There were barely 2 people who are serving hundreds of customers with no manners at all. Long waiting hours without any clarity of when our turn will come.
Request to avoid this store

In lenskart app they r promoting that spectacles will be delivered within 3 days or they will return 50%, the staff has no idea on this, and they are saying we will not give any commitment on delivery. Requesting management to educate the staff.

Ordered the spectacles on 6th feb 23 @10pm from app, my order got delivered on 8th Feb 23 @ 3pm don't waste your time in visiting this showroom

Extremely disappointed with service. They promised and took complete money and didn't deliver required document. Service was so bad. They were not even bothering to assist you while purchasing. Its difficult for me to trust them anymore. Staff behaviour was unethical.
Extremely upset and worst experience I had.

I had unethical experience in lenskart Manikonda. Their service and staff was extremely disappointed. Their behaviour was not acceptable and they provided incorrect information at the time of sale.

Worst behaved staffs.visited the shop where no customer was present.the staff was so ill mannered.he did not even attend us.after waiting for around 20 min there came few people in the store.he started attending them. Again after waiting for another
10 min.when we asked could you please assist us.he was replied rudely and asked us to leave the store and come back later.after wasting more than time hr we could not buy what we wanted to.we could have gone to another store if they would have informed us earlier that he won't be able to attend us due some reason.but that was really unexpected and disappointing to get such behaviour.

Service is good. Customer friendly. Discounts doesn’t help as the maximum amount is very less (just 100/- for 60%)

Overall service is good.gold membership buy one and get 1 will get value for money products

Staff took more than 20 min to enter order in there tab, and Staff doesn't know about the offers lenskart provide, i have a coupon code I received from lenskart i checked with staff but they dont know how to redeem the coupon they are so clue less i have to wait for 30 min and then left.

Booked lens at 36 size but received at 30 size, when visited again and asked no one is having any clue on how to solve my problem and they are blaming each other before customers, very worst and very disappointing experience and decided never to visit again and never recommend to anyone. If u still have any courtesy as an Lenskart employee after reading this …pls call me. Not interested to give at least ONE STAR but no option

Great store with lot of varieties of frames. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Eshak ji have always helped us at this store in deciding about right choice of frames style based on need. Thank you so much Eshak ji. Happy to visit again.
