We walked into this store a year ago and was great at their service and now again in 2024 and they have been extremely helpful and Mr. Ram has been assisting us very much with everything!

The collections are really good and the customer service provided by Sandhya was also good.

Excellent service by Sandhya. She was very knowledgeable and helped us arrive at the right spectacles for my daughters

Staff are very slow. It took me more than 2 hours to do the check. There are only 2 people in store and one person is very busy on phone. Staff don't respond properly and they don't do the test untill we ask. Hope they could improve.

Good quality of glasses and frame at affordable price but not recommended to get go through eye/optics checkup due to lack of experience since I got tested and I have been suffering headache and stain because of incorrect glasses
Always do checkup with ophthalmologist
