I went to the Lenskart store in Punajgutta, Hyderabad, and the employees there are not behaving properly or showing any respect to the customers. I bought two pairs of frames, and when they arrived, they didn't fit right. I contacted the salesperson, and he gave me a bad experience with Lenskart. Twenty-five days later, I received a call from Rachana, the manager of Lenskart. I was impressed by how well she treated the consumers. She listened to my query and addressed the issue, which ultimately resolved my problem. Somajiguda, Hyderabad is the best store to visit
We have selected 2 frames and, surprisingly we got 2 pairs with the same frame and the staff were not ready to accept. Finally they told the staff who took the order was a new employee and he did a mistake. They wanted us to collect one glass and told will change the next one to the new frame and hand it over in a day or two. We are waiting for the second glasses to be delivered
After being a loyal customer of a premium brand, was suggested by my opthomologist to visit Lenskart for renewing glasses for both my parents. So, visited the store at Somajiguda on Thu, 23rd Nov'2023 with both of them.
Thankfully the staff did not pounce on us selling their products. Instead they gave us ample space and time to look around the store and then discuss what we came for.
The Buy 1 Get 1 option turned out to be the deciding factor to buy 2 pairs of lens for each one of them. The price range also seemed pretty reasonable. The fact that they have a handy mobile app that can help users check out requirements or track their orders did add a sense of relief.
The staff were supportive and took time to attend to both my parents, answering their queries and trying to offer the best of solutions. Not to mention the special attention they took to select the best possible frame suitable for them.
Would love to visit them again.
I guess it is the first time in my life that I am wishing I too could be a part of this community of lens bearers. Maybe sometime later.
Good variety of frames. Hustlr series worn by Mr. Peyush Bansal in the Shark Tank is just amazing. Quick delivery of products. Helpful and polite staff.
Last 2 year back Lenskart is Super Good, but last month i brought 2 sets, quality is vert very poor & it is easily broken, Glass is not perfectly fit in the frame. Service also so bad, without Lising your problem, they saying that is not possible to set the frame screw.i decide to avoid the Lenskart further.
Pathetic service. They don't even care to explain. I waited for half an hour and sales guy didn't even care. He again asking me, bill kardu. Even when I was leaving they didn't even care to ask me what happened. They are behaving as if they are doing a favour to me by attending to me.

The worst possible service ever. The sales person was so rude and had such an attitude to explain their own products. He behaved liked he was doing me a favor by explaining their products. They should get people who are more courteous and know how to communicate better. I refused to purchase anything from the store. Will never be coming back and will definitely ask people to avoid this branch.
Unethical behavior, we went to the store at 8: 30PM for getting new glasses, the girl there asked us to wait for 15 mins to check power. After waiting for 30mins we asked her again and she pointed us toward another person who was handling other customer (at this point we came before every customer in store). After waiting for another 15 mins (9: 15PM) the guy said, sir it is closing time please come tomorrow. WE WERE LITERALLY STANDING FOR WHOLE 45 MINS WAITING FOR THEM, THERE ARE NO CHAIRS IN THE STORE AND THEY SAID TO COME TOMORROW. I UNDERSTAND THEY ARE UNDERSTAFF BUT SHOULD FOLLOW A QUEUE AND IF NOT THEN SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME AT 8: 30 TO COME TOMORROW INSTEAD OF ASKING US TO WAIT FOR 45 MINS.
Very poor service! They promise to deliver in the product within 4-5 days and they can’t fulfill it. It’s been 10 days today and I had given my specs for replacement of lenses and still it is not delivered. But, I received a call regarding how their services are and when I said I am facing this issue their executive didn’t even bother to check and revert back. I myself went to the store and when I asked for the specs it turns out that they are still at the lab! I mean seriously? I had requested them to deliver them on last Wednesday or Thursday only! Very dissatisfied!
One of the worst store of lenskart where I had seen. The people will not respond properly after the purchase. Will not update the status properly and will say there is a technical glitch. Won't give the clarity about the delivery time
I thought we'll get a cart along with lens for shopping vegetables because lenskart right? It's fine I got lens and after that my ears are working fine

Had a very bad experience by visiting somajiguda store. While looking at frames asking for details. One of staff girl behaviour is rude. She not even talking to customer while asking for details.
The most pathetic, disgusting, rude and horrendous staff I have ever experienced in any store in my life. The male employees in the store had absolutely no regard for customers, spoke rudely without even basic courtesy or customer etiquette and honestly should have been fired on the spot for such pathetic attitude. Did not buy a single thing in the store because of this horrendous service, filed and official complaint and now posting this publicly for everyone to know. As a large company, I expect lenskart to have some standard, protocol and training when hiring employees to represent them. Absolutely worst experience and honestly those employees at the Somajiguda branch should be thrown on the road.
I recently visited the store it was good and the person who did my order checkout was polite and helped us through out the process. Thankyou so much for your patience and service (although i don't know his name to mention here). Then I went again for the other spects we bought for replacement process which were not pointed lens and i didnot added any specifications to the spects, the staff person this time who reached out was rude, impolite and very rational towards me. As a coustomer i have right to enquire about the product i recieved but he was rationally answerd and disapointed me. He could have been lil polite as i was just enquiring that is it possible or not. Thank you for showing the before buying and after buying experience. Finally rude staff. I never visit the store again ill handling of customers.
