Had an amazing experience getting my mom's vision checked and Mr. Fardeen assisted me in the process thoroughly in an understanding manner. His knowledge and command on the products is too good. He also helped us in clearing queries regarding glasses selection and it's process.

Bad customer service: The staff that was assigned to us had no clue on the products or how to place an order using the lenskart application.we where looking for tinted power sun glass, we choose from the store and requested to show available tints for the glass. She initially said there is no tints and only one default color, later showing her the display there where different colours she said we can choose. She said the color we choose was blue but we where not convinced as there was a lighter version of same for which she said it was light blue, she went ahead and placed the order without confirming it with anyone and later we asked to another sales person n he confirmed it was grey and not blue. We had to again request for color change. She did not mention about Lenskart membership or anything about final cost breakup. After placing the order and paying amount we got to know if we had opted for membership we would have better deals. Mean while we had given a loose lense of another frame to fix for which she asked us to wait for 30 mins. After 45mins of waiting no one turned up and when enquired she came without fixing the lense saying it will take more time. We already lost our 45mins by then, we had to raise this concern and another staff fixed it within 10mins. They did not apologise for any of the inconvenience caused. Request to keep staff who knows how to talk to a customer and who has some basic knowledge on the work they do. We saw there where good staff as well who later helped to fix the issue. But 1 staff like her could bring down the experience of entire shop. I would never again make a purchase from that store. And would recommend my friends too not to go there.

Nice experience but it could be better because it took around more than 7 days to replacement a defective glasses with new one.

They didn’t provide a micro fibre cloth along with the glasses.

First they said the glasses are 1600/-. Then they said 1700/- inclusive taxes. And then at the time of collecting payment, they said it’s 2000/- inclusive of taxes.

Overall bad customer service

Worst store response they don't even have minimum responsibility to check weather the axis is ryt or wrong and now they just call me twice today and saying lies that they have been calling me i didn't respond the call because i was in hospital.

I had waited for half an hour just for bulling and there is no staff at billing counter. Worst staff behavior. I had gold membership at lenskart but bought spects at other store due to staff behavior and waiting time l.

Got my glasses made here. They recommended a frame that was too wide and curvy for my face, resulting in blurry vision (acc to an ophthalmologist) and the lens was poking out of the frame in numerous places.the frame I received was also crooked and was tilted. When I asked if they could transfer my lenses to another frame (at my cost), they refused.

One of the worst stores in Hyd. Staff seems inclined towards wasting customer's time. Most of them are not even serious about their work and just do their time pass. They give good assurances when you want to buy and I have noticed they even give high level of fake claims about products and just want to make you buy and get out. Once you have a prob, they don't respond and cannot provide any useful service. Techinicians who can repair/service are rarely present in the store and other staff doesn't even know basic stuff abt specs. Looks like manager is useless here. Don't waste ur time by visiting here.

Waited for approximately half an hour for eye check up and subsequent order for lens. I am told to wait in another line since the other lady has left for the day. The person at the desk doesn't care to inform the situation correctly and it resulted in me wasting my time simply waiting for nothing.

I like the service very impressive. The optometrist Areeba who tested and attended me was very kind and patience

Visited this store today. Nothing Flagship about this place. I was asking around to buy but no one was ready to help us, they were rude and not at all customer friendly. Please avoid this place

JYOTHSNA received me inside in very polite manner and she is following the customer safety by using hand sanitizer, temperature checking and the way of she is helping me selection of my glasses showing me lot of frames it was pretty good which suits my face finally I selected the galsses her patience levels was awesome I really appreciate her patience, thank you Jyothsna if I have any requirement in future I'll definitely suggest you take the glasses.you have mind blowing patience that I observed in you soo much.thank you soo much

Good response and service by Mr Nikesh & Ms Priya. Excellent careful eye testing by Ms Priya. Good suggestion for spec and lens by Mr Nikesh. These staff members are best and other members of the shop should contribute. Quick and perfect delivery can be improved by other staff members.

I had a great experience here. This place is the best when it comes to getting your prescription. They are clean and the service is outstanding. Staff is friendly and attentive. They have a big selection of glasses and they are very knowledgeable. Highly recommend them!

Visited this showroom and the customer services were very good and courteous eye test is done professionally and very patiently by Mhd Shareef. Special shoutout to him. Very calm and good way with all explaining he did. Bought two pairs of specs and very well they've helped and explained different lenses and prices. Best is business!

My point of view it was good for doing eye test. They provide free eye test that helpful for us to check the power of the eyes. They also provide prescription by which you can buy eyeglasses from there or you can buy any where else.

Worst service in Telangana, used goggles they are Saled, if I asked about scratches (they don’t have spare) I already payment done. They are playing games (like contact Customerservice number they will replace with you). Then I contacted customer care they are pls go to purchase branch.

Staff people are cheaters. One person says there is an offer, other person says there is no offer.cheating. Staff behaves as if they are so busy. No proper response.

Worst customer service experience ever! Took me just 3 hours at the store to order a pair of prescription glasses. They have a crowded store but not enough staff to manage them.

I had no option but to visit this store because lenskart delivered me faulty glasses and then had the audacity to add a new prescription to my account info.

The store had fewer options and the person kept me waiting for a long time and tried to confuse me. This increased my frustration.

Would prefer going to the local store next to lenskart, it had better frames at cheaper rates

Never had such an horrible experience in life. Such inattentive people. Moreover I bought a sunglass and asked the store person to check it thoroughly, just to come back home and finding a deep scratch on the glass! Shame on #Lenskart for being such a big fraud.

Loved this place. Have a lot of collection and one of the biggest outlets in Hyderabad. Easy to find goggles and power glasses as per the interest and the employees are so much helpful in selecting frames.

Only issue is it will be crowded on weekends and may be hard to get help from the employees. But overall i found it helpful and for collecting order, we don't have to visit the store. Order will be delivered to our desired place with less than the suggested date.

Very unhelpful/unfriendly staff, slow service, and limited choices. Fowl smell in the whole store. Avoid.

Very slow service and no proper response and they don't know latest offers what's going on lenskart. Sad to know that.

I had a very bad experience with the Staff at Lenskart Gachibowli. They were not having clarity about the offer. After an hour different staff clarified about it.
Post that for eye testing, they were trying to avoid entertaining it stating it to be a long queue. Finally when my number came after half an hour they make me sit in testing room for another 15 min. Upon query about delay they gave no explanation why eye testing cannot be done now.
I reached out to manager and he was helpless in providing any resolution. So I finally decided to leave.
Also I got to know that that delivery duration is 10 days and even for any alignment or pad change, I need of give my spects for at least 1 day as there is no onsite engineer at shop.
It seems shop is busy in selling specs and least brotherd about service & customer satisfaction.

Worst service. I had called multipe times to the store, but no one bothered to pick up the call. False promises. This will be my first and last purchase in lenskart.

Ok. I need to clarify why i am giving the minimum rating.
1. I liked all the staff. No complains. They were very friendly explaning everything.

But the thing is after explaining when it is time for buying option, they are completely handicapped by the system. And their system, i am rating it 0. The reason is following.

The franchise is definitely making people fool with lucrative offers in the name of buy one get one free with some gold or platinum (whatever the name is, it is completely nonsense, unless they tell bout the details in the advertisement).

Explanation: Today, i saw some branded frames which are not free (was around 4000) and when i added lens, the cost of the lens was 4000, so total is 8000 before tax. But the same lens when added with a free frame the price of the same lens became 6000, so total became 6000. So the claim of giving the frame for free has no meaning if the price of the lens is now more with a free frame.this is literally making people fools.

People should actually check these option before buying.

After contacting the customer care, this is the reply I got. It is just a matter of using wording to fool people around. Anyway. I am done with lenskart. Seriously if one will look in local stores, can find far better deals.

 I tried calling you, however, we didn't connect. I would like to inform you that an automatic discount is applied to the price of the lenses when you choose for higher value frames. The same has been implied for maximum customer benefit.

Fully satisfied, staff behaviour very nice and cooperative, i got the exact product which I was searching there for me.

These guys recommended me some tokai glasses saying they are of best quality and priced almost 7k. With in 6 months they are broken, now they say it's not covered under warranty.

Never go to this people if you are looking for quality, and their customer service sucks.

The service will be done only when the manager is in the store. The employee is not skilled and doesn’t even know how to reach out to customers.

I ordered lens online and tried to put them on. I was not able to put them because I never wore them before. Then I came here. Akshay here was very patient and taught me how to wear them properly.

I am a Lenskart gold customer. I went to the Gacchibowli, Hyderabad store for a repair service of a spectacle I bought from the Kondapur store. It has some issue with the coating which made the lens blurry.
To my surprise I was amazed and terribly disappointed to see the pathetic attitude of the personnel at the counter. When asked he said his name was Arvind. He tried all his means to make sure I dont submit my specs in his store. He initially asked me to go to the Kondapur store where I purchased to get faster service. I said I can wait, but then to again make sure he doesn't deal with me, he asked me to come on a weekday. I was expecting Lenskart was a customer friendly company which doesn't want customers to make multiple trips to the stores.
He was not ready to give me a receipt if I hand over the spectacles for investigation that day saying it was a weekend. To my dismay I had to go to the Kondapur store owing to the negative attitude of this person at the Gacchibowli store.

It's a lenskart franchise store located in the Gachibowli beside the flyover, the place is good for buying the spects and contact lenses, they do the eye testing also there, option for selecting frame is average, not good nor bad, service was prompt, but the offers from Lenskart are not that much good, as single spects and two cost almost the same.
